Wow, absolutely disgusting that someone would treat animals that way and turn such a beautiful place into a mess. Sorry you're having to deal with that. We moved up here 8 years ago from NC. Absolutely love it.
You might be better off picking all the pieces of trash out of it and then literally scraping 3" of top soil off of that and putting it in a pile somewhere. Otherwise you are probably going to find that there is going to be pieces of glass all over your yard. I used to live somewhere where the people burned their trash and literally there was shards of glass everywhere. Cleaned it the best i could but if you happen to step outside barefoot, good luck not cutting your feet.
My aunt sold her house in Shelby, Mich to a family from Honor. They made the monthly payments for three months and then just stopped paying. The money she had to pay on attorney fees and court costs, as well as the frustration of being unable to get them out immediately was quite the eye opener for me. Something too many people don’t think about when they are selling on a land contract, is getting a credit report on the proposed buyers. Had my aunt seen their credit history beforehand, she never would have considered any offer of a land contract from those scumbags.
I have no doubt that theses church groups who sponsor new immigrants imagine they will become contributing ($) members to the wonderful people who helped them get into this country. A more saintly attitude by the congregants would be to have the wisdom to export birth control pills to the foreigners, rather than to help over populate our own country. At the rate the world population is growing, in 200 years people will be having to stand on one another’s shoulders for lack of space. Of course, lack of food and potable water will kill off many by then, not to mention the toxic quality of our atmosphere, and still the churches will shun birth control as unholy while begging for more charity donations on your part.

I have 5 acres in Extreme Northeast Wisconsin.. And what one of the farmers down the road does he goes to the day labor place in town and gets 2 people having cigrets outside and Offers them cash and lunch for 6 hours. And things work out pretty well. Just a suggestion?
We sold our house on a land contract. They pulled out in the middle of the night. They wrecked a lot of my 100 year old woodwork and they have been out of the house for 5 years now and you can still occasionally smell cigarets when the furnace runs. I had to wash nicotine off of every surface. We took three dump trucks full of junk out of the garage. I’m sorry you went through that.

I have a friend who rented his place out and found out they were dealing dope and evicted them and they moved out ,but on they way out they opened all the faucets and the all the windows,turned the heat all the way up,put dog shit in all the drawers and cabinets,scattered road kill all over in side . The propane ran out the pipes burst, the well pump was shot ,it wasn’t pretty,the people you had in there were bad but ,my buddies place was worse
Imagine, a landlord went and fucked with his tenants and they retaliated... who would have thought. I dont condone it, but maybe learn some tact and deal with it differently next time.
