Awesome MTB Trails Outside Glasgow : Kilpatrick Group Ride

- So while I was filming at Cathkin recently I met Sean and Dario and got chatting, they said there was a few local riders that get together most weekends for a ride and I should join in...so I did!
This was my first time riding the Kilpatrick hills, I've seen Kriss Kyle ride there a few times plus Danny and Duncan made a video up here (where Duncan nearly broke his leg on a cattle grid, it's horrible!) and I've been keen to come up for a look myself.
These hills and trails are awesome and so was everyone I was introduced to that day, huge thanks to everyone for the great day!
Next up I need to increase my endurance so I can crush the uphills, that means more riding so keep an eye out for more MTB coverage along side my trials this year :)

Absolutely banging day Ali, had to have another watch of the vid to soak it all up! I'm glad I made the blooper reals for the trailer as well, the families proud of me!
The essence of our crew was edited perfectly, pissin about, no egos, tonnes of hilarity, just a bunch of peeps flying about their wee hill 😂.
Can't wait for the next one were we can all speak English for your viewers, we've been passing around a thesaurus since you last rode with us, it took some explaining to the boys but they now understand it's not a dinosaur.

Twenty years ago that place was my home. 7 days a week. Lot more trails since I was last up there.

I use to ride there from My parents house in Kilmacolm some 20-25 years ago, just to do that climb.
How the trails have progressed now is great.
I’ll have to make a visit one day, when international flights are up and going.

Wow that place looks amazing. Been to plenty of natural locations with bike sections all over the place but they usually quite short runs. That's like a damn bike park. Belting stuff.
Group rides are awesome! It's always fun when we stop and have challenges at technical features, primarily because I normally win.

I don’t know what day that you did that group ride Ali but I have to say this that SCENERY was absolutely spectacular in that sunshine and clear blue sky and you all had the time of your lives too.
