I service 3 of the neighboring pools. Every time I have a service call at one of these 3 houses, I take a few minutes to look across the cove at this house. Needless to say, I immediately recognized the property from the thumbnail. It's even nicer than I had imagined. If you have the means, this area is second to none for raising a family. Like he says in the video, the town center is very quaint, with a lot of historical charm & architecture. If small town New England is what you're looking for, look no further than the Cohasset, Hingham, Scituate area.
Cohasset is really a blessed part of America. Been and worked there for five months or so with landscaping. I will never forget those months and the pretty sights I saw! That junction where Jerusalem Road meets Forest Ave, where you can see a small island halfway into the sea with a little house on top of it, surely is one of the prettiest sights I've ever seen

Of course he is selling his house and he has to say everything that is good about it but I said, "the way he described it made it even better" because there is a difference between someone who is just describing something because they need to sell it compared to someone who is describing something because they actually know what they are selling and they know how good it is and in this case, the seller was actually involved in designing his own house that he is selling.

I have found my 2nd most favorite house🙌🙌🙌. Again.... Most favorite because of the seclusion and nature everywhere and giving you total privacy. I absolutely in love with this house. The only thing I would probably change is the color of the wood. For me, it's too much wood color, I like white,so if I buy it, I might use white stickers to replace the wood panels so that it can catch more sunlight to make the room feel icy and wintery. Another thing is the light color. Where I live, we mostly use bright white bulbs instead of warm yellow. I did tried the warm yellow ones but it gave my sore eyes 😁😁.

The house is OK and I liked it better than I expected but that land is drop-dead gorgeous! Personally I'd would have built a craftsman style bungalow. Still, well done!

I go to Cohasset a couple of times a year from the UK, its a special and idyllic place for those who appreciate its natural beauty and tranquility.
Wow it has land, orchards and gardens, u could l8ve here. Maybe it could be added onto ax well, maybe a greenhouse and a barn for chickens only as pets.

this is one of the most beautiful areas imaginable. I once had a friend of a friend who lived in this area and so i got to explore it a bit. It is a unique geological area.

You can buy HALF of an average house in the smoke of Sydney’s affluent East for that amount of money with all the “luxury” of parking and a backyard.... Insane!

The approaching road was like driving in Ireland where I live. I worked two summers in Cape Cod as a student and was shocked by how like Ireland it was.
Massachusetts is a great place to live. I like the landscape. Cohasset has some of the most expensive real estate .

They are obviously old , they have had it for 19 years , they would probably want something that's more nice for old people
