It didn't go away. Your best bet is eating healthy and trying to stay away from having kids if you're worried about stretch marks and can't afford a cosmetic surgeon.

Of course it rubs off, it’s only temporary.
It may transfer but try a setting spray or powder. Self tanner is the best option imo

I doubt it, even the best setting spray and matte finish transfers (imo)
