Some good info Jeff, there is a lot of things to consider that most people don’t even think about when coyote hunting. I consider myself as an over thinker on stand location and setup but you gave me a couple other things to think about as well. One can never learn enough about killing yotes!
Have to be north of the dismal river to find coyotes in Nebraska! The southern drought was hard on them.

Hey Jeff love the content question what you running for a silencer? I own a pest control company in Wisconsin and i am doing predator land management and am getting set up to run a silencer. Just want your thoughts and take on it. I am shooting a 223 with the Hornady 53 grain Suoerperformance round.
