Ducks and Geese are like Pigs ! Give em a wet spot to play in and within a few days you got a decent mud hole.

I'm not sure if the Tulsa library does it but I remember the Fort Worth library has animal introduction days. But it's more exotic animals I think. I'd just like the opportunity to play with regular farm animals myself.

They just melt your heart! In college I had a friend that raised ducks and chickens. One time he brought a real duck with him to his classes, when we asked how he wasn’t getting in trouble, he broke out this toy peeping Easter duck. He had the real duck in a rather large hoodie pocket. It was just a baby, and we were letting it crawl on us and on the table. It was so cute!

You all do a great job of taking care of your kids, now a days all I see are kids at their age always on electronics, and not going outside and learning basic chores that they should know.

Can't say the same about me. I'm attached to my phone but I try to do different things to keep my brain simulated like making things, or doing chores. Fun fact I actually like school unlike some students at my school. It helps me from not getting bored and keeps my mind active.

I love how people don’t think a lot about chickens but this family proves them wrong and every video I watch I learn something new! 5:17 the way that kid just pulls it back, like ummmm no 👀, I wouldn't be bringing them again,
I had my ferrets out to a park, a boy asked if he could hold my male, I said no (because at the time I didn't have a leash for him, and didn't want him falling and running away, he was 'shoulder trained' [sat on my shoulder] the kid didn't listen and took him anyways, the mom stood there and let him, I took him back as soon as I could, explaining that I didn't want him falling, running away, or getting hurt,
Now when people ask I just walk away and say 'no sorry'
There is a similar Reddit story, but the mom tried to steal the girls ferret. Surprisingly that happens a lot I have experienced several situations, where crazy people try to steal pets.
I had the same reaction, like wth kid, don't do that.

That post office reminds me so much of the post office that we went to when I was little. It was this tiny little building squished between the railroad tracks and a creek. Unfortunately rural became suburban and a bigger post office was built to accommodate the influx. However a nice couple moved into the post office and converted it into a little house. Good memories!
