Nice to see Courtney making Bajre ki Khichadi. So many years has gone to eating Bajre ki Khichadi. When my grandmother was alive then we eat often but not now. Due to this ( to seeing Bajre ki Khichadi) I miss my grandmother so much. Wish she would be alive now! Anyway Courtney is learning everything which is need for making 100 % Bhartiye. Bajare ki khichadi ke sath lots of home made ghee papad and achar ( pickel) or garlic chatni. Kids would have loved it that way.. Very good in winter. Milet gives energy to protect body from cold.

As an Indian. , Dnt like much of any khichdi..Just have it once in a season.
Viewers do try falahari singhaere ki.khichdi as well ,it's most nutritious. Enriched with both calcium ad vitamins.dry Water chestnut always Available in market that u need to crush with silbatta or in mixture grinder . If u make it's flour . Or bring singhaere ka ata best recipe is pua mithi poori and u can make cookies also are very tasty.
