Awesome, glad I could help! 😊
I'm interested in seeing how well inking works, with a template image, using the rotate canvas tool. It's wonderful to know Illustrator now has the rotate canvas option, I had given up hoping they would add the feature.
I totally agree, it was long overdue! I've had a chance to play with it a bit and it's so much easier to do more natural drawing gestures with brushes. Definitely beats twisting my poor drawing tablet all around!
@@VectorArtAcademy I found another video (not many out there yet) showing how you can rotate and draw in Illustrator exactly like you can in Photoshop! Yayyy!!! Finally! Wow! I love your Tutorials! Quick, Clean and directly to the point, and without all the show off business, or time wasting, unprofessional, street babble so many others do. Thanks for that❣ Subscribed❣ Keep up the GREAT work Sis❣
Thank you, I instantly became a subscriber.

Wow. Super clear, to the point. Thank you kindly! I'm new at drawing in illustrator, but do you know if we can use the pressure sensitivity of our drawing tablets?
Thank you! 😊 You can us pressure sensitivity in Illustrator I find it works really well with the blob brush. I have a small Wacom tablet and just had to set it up by going to Preferences > Devices and enabling the tablet. Then you can change setting in individual tools as well.
@@VectorArtAcademy You're so kind, thank you so much!!!

is it possible to have the brush in a gradient way? like not just black but lets say from dark green to light green at the end of the stroke
Hi there, sorry for the delayed reply! That is possible in a couple of different ways. I will put it on my list to make a painting with gradients tutorial soon.
One thing you can try is to apply the gradient colors you want to the brush shape before defining the brush which would sort of bake the effect in.
Thank you mam

how do i get the brushes panel? im so confused because mine looks different from everyone else's
Hi Sunny, you can go to the Window menu and choose Brushes to open the brushes panel if you don't see it. Whether the panel is open usually depends on the workspace you are using. the one I'm using in this video is called Essentials Classic. You can use a preset workspace or create custom workspaces, that's why the interface tends to look different for different people.
@@VectorArtAcademy thank you
why your toolbar has custome tools? how do we get them?
Hi Frank, those extra tools come from the Astute Graphics suite of plugins astutegraphics.com/
i love you...
Thank you! 😊

video is too fast and i think you should have to make slow video because we all of your viewer are not at
advance level
Hi Jatin, I hear you, thank you for the feedback! It is a tough balance to make videos for people of every level at once but I will be doing a lot more beginner friendly tutorials in the next year. If there is any particular part that you were stuck on or I didn't explain completely I'm always happy to help with questions 😊
