Easter and Spring is my favorite season to decorate. At Christmastime I'm always so rushed to get so many things done, so I never really decorated as much as I want to. But as soon as Christmas is over, I start planning my Easter and Spring decor. I have so much more time to put into it, so I really enjoy it. And it gives me something to do while I'm waiting for winter to end.

I don't think any farmhouse looks like white and black and gray. After all God created the covenant rainbow of beautiful colors. I have heard people are going to use more wood stain because they over painted everything white. So blessed to hear of your pregnancy. You are going to love the joy of having a child. I like to decorate for all the special times through out my year. Fall comes in first, then winter, then Spring and summer. If I had to take a guess. For example, I in recent years, stopped doing Easter and I make it all spring. I do observe the holidays so please no ugly replies. I have gotten older and wiser so I decorate for the season. (less work for this ol girl!) Besides I like to glorify my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, everyday since God never leaves me and I talk with the Holy Trinity everyday. So God Bless and keep your smiles and forget those frowns.

The mason jars with flowers are pretty. I love the pip berry around the top. With you leaving your bunnies clear glass you could have put in one if the tea lights to shine through. Your beads are awesome!!! I have got to find some and start making them. They dress up anything. For those doing all the neutral , they could add just a small strand of the beads to add a bit of color. Last but not least...your hubby is so excited. That was precious. Cherish every moment. You are blessed to have each other. It's good to see a married couple who can be themselves around each other. Your little one is going to be blessed as well. I used that RiT dye from Michaels or Walmart to dye my wood beads. Its is so easy and quick.

I've seen people do that and I've always wanted to try! I just forget about it. Must make a mental note.
@@BargainBethany just check them every few minutes until the shade you want. The longer they sit, the darker shade they get.
Can you dye the colored wood beads from DT with the RIT dye?
