"Stand up, you are a KING". Instant goosebumps
For Chadwick:
A hero, fallen from the earth
Risen to his kingdom come
Whilst all that rest beneath quivers
Tribes rejoice at Death undone
For all it was, a bridge to cross
Lined with a silver streak of hope
As the clouds shed their tears
At the final step, Life had cut the rope
Angels, Kings and Queens of the Sun
Weaved this rope in an ebony gown
For shadows fall behind this man
As the light he claims becomes his crown
What secrets Death shared with him, none knows
Yet all known now, is what he has shared
And stories of now, now legend for then
Of the man who heroes as their own declared
All rise then, arms crossed and sealed
A legacy left, a message to the King
And say to him, rest well, friend to strangers
Perhaps, mortality was not a loss, but the memory of forever, a win

Deep in Chadwickâs heart in Endgame, he knew his time in the Marvel Cinematic Universe was drawing to a close.
He was reportedly one of the first actors to jump at the chance to be on What if. I imagine it was not only because he liked the story but because you probably believed that it truly was going to be his last time portraying TChalla and he wanted to give it his all for that performance despite how poor his health was.
R.I.P to this beautiful Angel I hope he rests in peace.
Cancer won't beat us.
We will beat Cancer.
I can't believe he's gone. I think he was probably the only one that could nail the role as Black Panther for a live action film. I didn't know that he had cancer. To Chadwick Boseman aka King T'Challa the Black Panther: we'll never forget you, brave Avenger. RIP and Wakanda forever.
He didn't tell anybody about his illness, because he didn't want anyone to worry too much. But it couldn't be helped.
@@FloppyFiona Yeah. I don't blame him. It's just one of those things where there's bad news and you don't want to tell anyone and get them all worried. Plus, once someone moves from stage 3 to stage 4 of cancer, that's when you realize that someone can't be saved since the disease is becoming strong enough to take that person's life. It's a real bummer that he's gone. I've got a best friend who is a huge Black Panther fan and he even found out about Chadwick's passing before I could tell him. My friend's the one who got me into Black Panther.
@@nickstatic7250 I watched all four MCU movies he was in. It's sad he didn't get to live till Black Panther 2 was finished
@@nickstatic7250 I loved the guy so much. Maybe even too much. But there's no-one judging that.
@@FloppyFiona Yeah. I watched all of the MCU movies he was in, too. I think he was loved by a lot of people and there's really nothing wrong with that if you love someone who you look up to. I was looking forward to Black Panther 2, but now I don't know if it's gonna happen. I think he was an amazing actor and I don't think there will ever be anyone who could nail the role as Black Panther like him. It's a real tragedy that he's gone, but like everyone, I'll always remember him.

Even as a fictional character, many have spoken on the hurt to African American morale simply because he as a role model that let African American kids hope (despite the huge barriers often faced) they can be super heroes just like everyone else can. It helped blur the lines of race even if for a moment only. Super tragic to lose an awesome portrayal of a character and an even better portrayal of what a good person he was. His contribution of self love and acceptance and appreciation of black culture is unmeasurable.

I don't know how to explain how hurt I am knowing that you have passed away with stage 5 of colon cancer. When I first heard of it I was like no it's a joke then I went to twitter and Instagram and then it hit the news. I cried and cried knowing that one of my favorite actors passed away. You inspired so much people till this day and forward and I thank you for that. Not only did you inspired them you inspired me, I looked up to you knowing that I can could keep going forward in life and not stop. It was at this point in life where I had depression until I started watching the films you played in, and those made me more inspirational. It's really heartbreaking to know that a real king passed away and I hope to see you soon.

He deserved to be called a "superhero"

For never showing weakness, even though he was fighting for his life.
For becoming the role model for many, and never letting us worried about his sickness at all.

The next black panther movie will never be the same without chadwick acting as black panther hes the hardest to ever replace đ and will always stay in our hearts â€â€
It's some pretty big shoes to fill. It'll be some unfair pressure to whoever is chosen to cast as Black Panther next. All we can do is hope that Disney respects the role and gives it to someone who is capable of giving the same impact as Boseman did across the world. As well as hope that the actor is respectful as well.
@@neonnwave1 I kind of hope they follow the comic and make Shuri the next Black Panther (at least I believe that happened in the comics) as its gonna be very difficult to find a replacement for Chadwick to everyone would be happy with
@@robotwars123wiki Well it is impossible to please everyone. It will be hard but I'm sure they will find someone close enough. It is a hard role to fill, and they have to be respectful (especially with how things are right now - ie: one of the reasons there are protests right now). However, there will always be a minority of people who will complain about an actor before seeing what they can do (example: When everyone complained about Ben Affleck being Batman before Batman v Superman even hit theaters).
We'll see what Kevin Feige does with the character going forward. One thing is for sure: Since Kevin Feige was Boseman's boss, it's safe to assume that he knew about his condition. And considering that Kevin Feige likes to honor his fans and his actors, he and Boseman probably had lunch one day and came to a mutual agreement of what they will do with the character going forward if Boseman is no longer around to play him. Whether that's recasting the role, writing it off all together, or having someone else take the mantle of Black Panther, it's too soon to tell. But I trust Kevin Feige to do the right thing.
LowisGaming No! They should cancel the sequel and certainly not make Shuri the Black Panther to push more feminism garbage on us.Boseman is irreplaceable.
Itâs gonna be so hard to rewatch this film, along with all of his other great films knowing that heâs not with us anymore. Itâs really gonna suck hearing quotes like âwe donât do that hereâ and âget this man a shieldâ that we used to laugh at, and now weâll be thinking about his passing. Chadwick obviously loved what he did, which is why he pushed so hard to make these iconic movies and trained his body so hard even though he didnât have much time left. He was an icon that embodied pure dedication.
To do what he's done even in the face of what was really going on shows he was indeed a man of character and and on another level of ambition. Rest in Glory. You have definitely earned it. đđŻđââïž

Don't call him the dude who played black panther, because he was so much more than that.
Africa is the continent with the greatest need to catch up to the rest of the world. Corruption, hatred, nationalism, civil wars, illiteracy can only be defeated by smart, educated people, having a dream to live once in a fair, safe and respected country, in a Wakanda. Children of today, who have watched Black Panther in Africa, and got inspired by it, will become politically active in 20 years frin now, and can change the fate of this continent to the better. And the work of Chadwick Boseman has laid the first stone for that. He was a real world Avenger, improving lives of hundred millions of real people. RIP.
