I agree that its really cool and creative but for the editing part all he had to do was cut out the parts in between and splice the clips, not much to it...

@stryfetc1 I checked a few recipes, and the cooking part takes 2.5 to 3.5 hrs depending on recipe. If you cook for 24 hrs it will just totally disintegrate!
@stryfetc1 I did not see that in any of the recipes. One recipe did marinating in herbs for 24 hours (optional) but not in duck fat. What's the purpose of soaking in duck fat overnight? Duck fat would just harden in the fridge. BTW confit means to cook in fat, so when you said earlier to confit for 24 hours, that did not make sense. You meant marinate/soak, but like I said, I didn't see that in the several recipes I checked. If you find a recipe that calls for that, post a link!
He's got what a lot of YT chefs don't have, and that's the skill to make everything from scratch. I wouldn't be surprised if he grew that garlic himself.

That looks like some 3 Michelin starred cooking right there and not prententios at all. The duck skin browned, ground up, and sprinkled at the end amongst other things is just attention to detail on a next level. 👌🏻😳👊🏻
