I think i get the gist of it. Fold the end of the line over itself to make a loop, then over-hand knot it about 4 times and pull tight. Next, with the loop you just tied in the middle, make a dropper loop, pull your first knot/loop through, and pull tight. Seems solid, thank you for showing us how to do this!
You start with surgeon loop knot, then dropper loop knot...its basically dropper loop but you added the surgeon knot to make it sturdier...the more loop on your surgeon knot the sturdier your things(i dont know what it called in english) that will hold your hook leader
The multi colored line and shadow on the white board really makes this video hard to follow but I think I got the gist of the video.

Just a word of advice in that it’s very difficult to watch the steps in tying the knot because of the shadow created by the light behind you.
