If your having medical ED then rings can assist in sex but if your rehab for lack of sex or mild issues then training is better as the hydro pump helps you repeat erections like for me I went 5 years without sex then found when I went back to sex my erections were like 70% and now with training can get erections of 100%+
1 major note is hydro is triple the price and they both can attain similar results but the hydro may perform better to rehab and the ring is much better if you have moderate to severe ED

Another critical facter if you're suffering from shrinkage, is to ensure you get the easiest suction ring for the bathmate. It came with a black ring and that darn thing was too hard to use.
Would you recommend starting witg the extreme? Or the lower tear from bathmate some other video said if you can afford it just go for it. Any thoughts?

Comparing a cheap sex-shop pump with Vacurect is not fair. It would be more useful for men recovering from treatment to compare Vacurect with a similarly priced pump, for example SOMArect or Primus

The bathmate is $100 more - your comment makes no sense
Seems the water one is only useful for gaining erections temporarily but not for intercourse. I use vacurect sometimes get big blue spots. A gauge would be useful for not overdoing it.
Hi Kent, yes the water ones are good for rehab but they don't come with a constriction system. It sounds like you may be pumping slightly too quickly with the Vacurect if you're experiencing bruising. Check out the side effects video on my channel for more info on preventing this.
