i think a great way to do this would be using something like Live3D, which is what 3D model VTubers use. there's custom rigging and it can even be translated into the mocap suit. and you could even use your web cam instead of using the phone right in your face. The world of VTubing is your best bet to have it be less hard on you and the model :)
