- What's going on everybody, this is TGA, and in today's video, we're at Generator Power in Newport, this was recorded around the end of January, we went there expecting a polite bit of information about the company, instead we were met with abusive staff, threats, disgusting comments and a phone call to the police, wasting police time, absolutely unprofessional, so at some point I plan to visit their head office in Normanton, West Yorkshire to see if they are more respectful and make them aware of the disgusting attitudes of their staff in Newport.
Should of continued to film them in front of the police, otherwise they will think they have got their own way.
What vicious twisted old man. Calling someone a pervert with a camera.
I reckon he is on some kind of register if you know what mean.

It's all about context; allow me to explain, in this instance we are considering the mental health of the "vicious twisted old man". Projection is a term that refers to placing your own negative traits or unwanted emotions onto others, usually without reason.
The foreman doesn't care about children or perverts, he was just grasping at anything to chase the auditor off.

I am local to Newport. There was a man in a hospital gown, drunk out of his mind shouting abuse at local children outside a local business. Rang 101 nobody ever came.

They were very rude, demanding and confrontational. You can’t reason with people like them. Please don’t help them out and give them ideas by saying they could complain to CZcams and have your video removed as it just reinforces their false beliefs that you’re doing something wrong. The terms and conditions of one social media platform are irrelevant. Just stick to the important point that you are legally allowed to film and do whatever you want with the footage. They have no right to see your footage or know where you plan to put it, so it’s better not to disclose your CZcams channel, especially with their appalling attitudes and disgusting insinuations. How dare they treat you like that. You’re clearly a nice guy and want to keep things amicable but remember you don’t owe them anything. As for trespass, if you’re on private land with an implied right of access you’re only trespassing after you’ve been asked to leave and even then it’s still a civil matter. It only become aggravated trespass if you’re being intimidating, obstructing or disrupting activity, not by simply continuing to peacefully trespass (but of course it’s still best to just leave when asked).

Thought you did really well standing up to those brainless fools but when the coppers came you should have insisted they go and tell the old fella what the actual laws are on public photography. The police should have explained to them the laws about photography in public, this looks like the police chased you off. Maybe a printed card with the law clearly written might assist you, something to show them instead of the constant arguments. Just a though, otherwise, i appreciate what you do as it appears the public have their own mind about what is legal and they are prepared to push their belief to the limit. Intimidation and threats should also be tackled. A good one i watch, (very professional) is Long Island Audit. He uses legal talk and they all back down. Good luck with the channel mate, well done. We should ALL be doing this really, otherwise the rights will be taken away from us.
What rubbish , if this so called " Citizen Journalist " had any manners , he would have gone in and asked if he could film a business premises. Instead, he's just bleating about his rights. We all have camera phones , that doesn't mean you can go around filming whoever you want. If you tried to film me when I was at work, you would get the same attitude. There is a time when auditors talk too much, and this was a prime example. And a time when the auditor should speak. Looking at the perspective from these Karens the police turn up and the auditor dissapeared, and from the police perspective they had a word and the auditor moved on. Nothing achieved, no-one educated.

Maybe it was nerves but you let the police off lightly. It was clear by her response to you after you had already said you had filmed from public land that she wasn't even listening.Also when the guy came out they gave him the impression that you were doing something wrong when the aim is to get the police to educate these ignorant fools. This is shocking how the staff are behaving. A quick goggle would tell them the law. I imagine if a camera was not filming, you would have been beaten up. So sad that so many people walk around confusing their opinion with fact and law.

I know it's not easy, but you should have held that female coppers feet to the flames and got her to tell that Duffus on the bike that it's perfectly legal to video in a public place.
Perhaps you could have got the officers to explain to the workers your right to film in public. Pointless them attending, they contributed nothing but make an appearance. You should have insisted they educated the workforce, particularly as you were on the end of aggression and some distasteful accusations. No point doing these videos unless you stand up for your right to film.

Civil trespass doen't turn into aggravated trespass after you've been asked to leave. Aggravated trespass is where anything which is "intended" by the trespasser to have the effect of... intimidating those persons or any of them so as to deter them from engaging in their activity, of obstructing that activity, or of disrupting that activity while trespassing on the land. Emphasis on the word "Intended" which means there was the "intent" to obstruct them from carrying out their activity.

I wasn't a fan of Cardiff Central station but the wooden tops of Generator Power made this one of your best and the added value was to tell them your channel which when the penny dropped made them all look stupid and forced them to retreat behind closed gates and the bobbies wanted to be part of the video. :D :D :D

Only just come across this guy and he's excellent! He's filming, and people approach HIM and create the problem, rather than go about their business and work. What it descends into ( from employees ) is needless jibes, threats, condescending comments and behaviour. He's not dying nothing wrong, he points out the law etc. He even says, ( to one guy ) "do you not watch stuff on CZcams". But why are they so threatened by this one person? Why are THEY getting thier backs up? For what? If you didn't want to be filmed, you'd not want to be on the camera no? Lool 😆... I'm subscribing!
