To do this you have to physically think about 2 things at the exact same time. Physically its suppose to be impossible but if you can actually do it you literally evolve your brain in a way that causes you to be able to literally have split thinking which is blatantly against realistic logic. It’s actually really easy to do. It’s just that your brain gets in the way.
Try moving both of your fingers in a circle to the left then rotate your left hand so that your fingers face each other and that’s it once you learn the movement you can do it on command

Way back in elementary school the teachers used to make us do all sorts of stuff like that, we’d play games where they’d call for you to go both clockwise, both counterclockwise, or opposite, and anyone who didn’t do it fast enough would be out, and they’d progressively get faster until one kid was the champion and would get a gold star. We ended a ton of classes playing that for the last 5 - 10 minutes. Apparently it was supposed to help your brain develop.
