  • This is a form of "clinical hypnosis" (supported by research and numerous prestigious healthcare organizations) that you can utilize to reprogram your subconscious back into health. This is the perfect subconscious reprogramming audio for pelvic floor and sexual health issues, such as CPPS, erectile dysfunction, pelvic floor dysfunction, and premature ejaculation.
    HOW TO DO IT
    1. Sit down or lie down in a comfortable place, but while staying awake and aware. (don't fall asleep)
    2. Simple press play and follow along.
    3. Feel the emotions fully and truly bring it TO LIFE as you are listening. This is not a passive experience; actually become it.
This is self-hypnosis, in which you are guiding yourself to remember your true state of health and wholeness. Your body wants to be healthy; you just need to get your mind out of the way. This audio practice allows you to go past the analytical mind into the operating system of your brain, which then leads to neurochemical and physiological changes in your body.

Need a lower and more softer music. It's too loud. Can't hardly hear you for the music.

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out. Usually, tight and dysfunctional pelvic floor muscles cause the pain and sexual issues. Once you retrain and loosen the muscles involved, the pain and sexual dysfunction fades. You can do this! We are here to help 👍🏼. Reach out anytime if you need further support.

Hi Ary, Personally yes, I had weak erections due to CPPS when I was dealing with this. Not only was I in major pain, and had to pee more often, but I couldn't have good sex, and even if I did ejaculate, it caused more pain. But, there is a way out, follow the plan in the Overcome program that we created. This meditation also helps quite a bit. -Michael

Für how many days we needed to follow ?

There is no set amount of days. Ultimately, doing a daily practice of meditation or breathwork will help to calm the nervous system. Also, this particular self-hypnosis is helping to rewire your neural circuitry. Combine it with releasing your emotions and reducing stress and stretching, and your body will be responding.
