Got my Etsy package from your shop in the mail this morning and I’m extremely happy with it!
Great content Ken! I enjoy the behind the scenes content. Best to you and your family.
That’s awesome! Glad everyone is supporting you guys by purchasing your very useful creations.
Sorry you got the boot but glad you made this video instead. It was a nice little behind the scenes tour. Thanks
Cool to see you making a segment on 3D printing! Great stuff!
Thx Ken for all you do! One day I will build up the courage to get off my porch and stop watching people live my dream. Love your videos and stories.
Wow! That's awesome that your etsy store is doing so great! When you make great products people will buy it!
Dudes always teaching us how to make money while enjoying the hobby we love. Thanks Man.
Awesome, and congrats! Great business management.
I know Ken being straightforward is nothing new...but being this candid isn't what most folks would do. I appreciate this type of content. I'll never be a competitor, but at that price point I bet my son would enjoy making stuff...he wants to study engineering in college so it would be perfect to conceptualize things, build them, then discover how to tweak any problems that arise.
Kudos Ken, this was enlightening.
Thanks for sharing what is behind the curtains. Your transparency is refreshing and inspiring!
Really cool inside peak at what goes on behind the scenes. Keep killing it
Happy for your business! well done!
Thank you, Ken. Made in America !
Happy Flying
Can confirm, Ken's products are first rate. Orders are shipped amazingly fast too!
Great work Ken very well done.
Ok geeking out a bit over those printers! Very awesome!!!
I followed your drone videos for quite a while. Me and my prusa mini will be following your new 3D stuff. Always 👍👍
(Hernando Co.)
Thanks Ken, I have purchased two Autel stick mounts and the Tripltek mount and they perfect fits. Wondering if you intend to make prop holders for EVO lite+.
Congratulations you are a real warrior
Awesome Ken. It is great you are successful. Its a shame I'm not in Usa be cheaper to order. That being said I have ordered a battery protector for the fpv drone was going to order 2 but I also want to buy the arm braces and being in the Uk. Keep up great work 👍
Freaking amazing!!! I was wondering why mine came from CA. Very high quality for sure!!! Congratulations on the business diversity!!!
You are tearing it up Brother. Great Job.
Still love my Tripltek mount, thanks again Mate, although the storms here in the UK are preventing flying doh!
Love the t-shirt. Thermal Thor!! too Hilarious.
Great video bro. I've been wondering how the whole 3D printing works for a while.
Great work Ken, I am going to grab a helmet from you. Just got the DJI drone open box on amazon just for the goggles. It was only $799, planned on selling the drone but might give it a go. Heading to the South Florida Drone Meetup in April. Hope to see you there.
Well done bro. I'm subscribing
I bought two things from your store for my air2s. I’d rather support you than Amazon. Especially when they don’t exactly have what I needed.
maybe design some gimbal covers that slip on easily for the Nano's and Mavic 3 and future drones. those that clip on are a pain and all they do is keep the gimbal from flopping around.
I can only dream of my Mini printing well right out of the box (almost a year later).
I was wondering why my order came from Cali. Great video.
Inspirational!
based on your products im geussing your into fpv also? me too! lol anyway the part around 6:00 cracked me up "i think its because they cant figureout how we get the inside so clean...and thats all proprietary" XD what i heard was "you could make and sell this type of product too, if you can figure it out" Rofl! not much of a designer yet so dont worry about me doing it but i just found it funny the way you said it, almost like a challange.
So after watching this video, I purchased an Ender 3 (S1) Direct Drive self leveling printer. I’ve made a lot of purchases from watching your content. Thanks! If ever in Michigan, I’ll buy you an IPA.
Hey Ken, thanks for being so transparent, I've been wanting to get into 3d printing for a while and I must admit you have just fan a flame my direction. Can you tell me what designing software do you use?
Appreciate the BTS, thanks Dobo. 🤙🤙
Can you use different colors with either the Ender or Prusa?
Shared out to FPVpilots forum.
nice bro im getting a ender 3 pro v2 how did you set it up for tpu
Good for you ken. U deserve it. Can u send a link so i can buy frm u thanks john frm fl
Always been interested in getting one setup. I am sure you could license the stick mount product to Autel... it should be included in every package. Is 3D printing tech advancing at the same pace as drone tech?
can you tell me what i should charge per ounce or per pound of fillament for my 3d printing model business. ? i plan on just weighing the models and charging by weight. thank you.
Does Ethan happen to live in the bay area? Think I bought some filament from him. Great deals, awesome guy
Loved this would love to know more. so much info on youtube and online. I really want to get into 3d printing. would love to speak to you sometime about does and donts and other tools should have.. im also in florida. clearwater. we are almost neighbors.
I’d love to know more about how that conversation or lack there of went with that family, and why you were flying on “their property” and the lady in the back talking about property taxes. 😂😂😂 So many questions.
Ken, any chance you are going to bring back the DJI FPV phone holder? Your ETSY note says to say please...so...please! thanks!!
There are often sales of ender 3V2 for very little I think I paid mine $150
Out of curiosity, why did you have your extruder facing the other way? Also what direct drive is that? Thanks!
That's pretty impressive revenue for a pretty small operation.
How much time do you spend with your business? Are you able to work a full time job while running this business? I'm seriously considering starting a business like this but I'm a broke college student with only one ender 3 but once I graduate I'm hoping to get more printers once I can afford it
Worked a full 40 hour a week job. I quit my job because this made more. Remember it’s all about time management and scaling
Where can i get a red or blue battery cover?? On Etsy its only black or gray but i see that you have red or blue in this video. thanks
If you ever want to leave Etsy and make your own site as well as get a payment processor who would offer you 0% processing fees I'd love to help you out!
Hello, I want to print and sell things on internet but I don't design. I would like to pay commercial use licences but there are pretty rare (and pretty expensive). What can I do If I want to make business printing, without designing ?
Ken you should look into a company called Desktop Metal as a possible investment.
Be careful right now if you decide to invest; you may want to wait until things settle down, hopefully sooner than later. DM should be a long term hold.
Would be great to get partner in Canada toy get reasonable shipping rates here :)
Anycubic Vyper
If you need another partner in WV, get ahold of me! 🤘🏼
Really interesting but how was your profit higher than your revenue?
Etsy numbers are strange how they display we profited 45K last year after materials and shipping
Make that p$per, Ken!!
Etsy doesn’t work for me. But eBay…. Boy eBay will keep a guy busy,
How is the net revenue lower than the profit? He said 42k rev and 52k profit?
Awesome business tho
Why were you trespassing ?
Didn’t think we were, it’s an old abandoned service station been there for years. No signs nothing
Gonna be maken fat stacks.....😂
8:37 spit
Sir, print 3 layers, pause, lay fabric on the bed, continue. Voila, dragon scales
That's sooo cool that you are really into 3-D printing! I built a Prusa printer going on 3 years ago, and while I don't print things for profit and haven't gotten into the design element yet, I've had more fun than an adult should be allowed to have with my printer! I'm the Santa Clause on my block with all the little kiddos! LOL
