That looked freaking amazing! The big ribs on a burger can kind of look gimmicky but the fact it looked so fall off the bone and delicious makes it not gimmicky if that makes sense. Amazing job Max!!!

Was in High Wycombe for a few months a couple of years back. Love the look of that challenge! That half-a-cow rib just fell of the bone 😋. And no chips 😜. 15 minute time limit is pretty intimidating though 😅. Then again, that pancake stack with less cream than Polo Bar also looks pretty sweet. Much as I love Polo Bar, it’s nice to see a pancake challenge for the more, uh, lactose challenged among us 😅.
