My dad was in prison for 10 years, when he wasn't in prison he abused drugs and alcohol and I remember being whooped with a 2x4 on several occasions, once for spitting on my brother. Several years ago a woman found out she was black and was angry with her mom because both live their lives as a white people. This happened in the 60's when racial tensions were higher than they are now. Her mom was a light skinned black woman and her father was black with dark skin. Before she was born her mom moved up north is where she met her white husband. She made up a story that the father had died. Her mom would never go out during the day especially in summer months, she would always wear gloves and big hats to shield her from teh sun if she had to go outside. She even recalled her mom wearing make-up to bed and when asked why she said if there was an emergency she wanted to look her best. She recalled her dad who was a racist using the N word during the civil rights movement and her mom calming him down. Well her parents died and she wanted to know more about her real dad. She traced it back to one of teh southern states and saw the birth certificate. It listed her mom name race C as in colored ... it listed the father name race C then all the things her mom did to hide her true identity came back and she was angry. She lived a better life guarded by racism and how many times her mom lived through the racist comments by her husband. If Rachel Dolezal father is white she's white and its nothing to be ashamed of don't do as this mother did and live the lie blacks are angry because they had struggled to get where they are and she like most white people do took it away by playing black. This is another form of racism its like she made like she was black to gain what black people have.

I m black man from Africa . I lived and worked in Idaho almost 12 years. My co-worker who is from Mexico clearly told me that i wasn't black and that she should be considered black compared to me.
The key is when they say she changed after they adopted 4 children. It sounds like she felt horrifically marginalised, so assumed a new identity of a people who were equally marginalised in her eyes. AT 15:35, the cat meows, and the dad makes some small joke, but the mother says “Shhhh” to the dad” - this one moment was very telling that she’s controlling the whole thing and how they are presented. Several years ago a woman found out she was black and was angry with her mom because both live their lives as a white people. This happened in the 60's when racial tensions were higher than they are now. Her mom was a light skinned black woman and her father was black with dark skin. Before she was born her mom moved up north is where she met her white husband. She made up a story that the father had died. Her mom would never go out during the day especially in summer months, she would always wear gloves and big hats to shield her from teh sun if she had to go outside. She even recalled her mom wearing make-up to bed and when asked why she said if there was an emergency she wanted to look her best. She recalled her dad who was a racist using the N word during the civil rights movement and her mom calming him down. Well her parents died and she wanted to know more about her real dad. She traced it back to one of teh southern states and saw the birth certificate. It listed her mom name race C as in colored ... it listed the father name race C then all the things her mom did to hide her true identity came back and she was angry. She lived a better life guarded by racism and how many times her mom lived through the racist comments by her husband. If Rachel Dolezal father is white she's white and its nothing to be ashamed of don't do as this mother did and live the lie blacks are angry because they had struggled to get where they are and she like most white people do took it away by playing black. This is another form of racism its like she made like she was black to gain what black people have.

You’re so right on. AT 15:35, the cat meows, and the dad makes some small joke, but the mother says “Shhhh” to the dad” - this one moment was very telling that she’s controlling the whole thing and how they are presented. At first I was astonished at how calm these two are, especially the mother… because monks that meditate a lot are usually that calm! But an emotionally repressed psycho? I guess I learned something important today. I guess it’s like Jekyll and Hyde- they come across as very sweet wearing a mask to the public but behind closed doors is a horror movie.
At 24:17, after the father has been talking “off script” for a while, the mother is totally silent, and she says “Are we still being recorded on that? Okay…” LOL!!!
