Its a psych engine thing, instead of setting the animation as idle in the character editor, set it as danceLeft and danceRight. If need be, specify which frames to use by using indices. You can use GF in the character editor as reference, as she has it to do the speaker left and right bop

i have a hard time finding a good regular gf chromatic, most of them sound kinda bleh to me. Lullaby's is pretty consistently good
Oh and also regular gf would sound too similar to Itsumi since they sample the same audio
