Can we just hand it to Louis for how calm he remains while driving this beautiful beast.
Yep 👍
👍
Louis is a champion
Louis is a stud for sure !
Seriously, I could never lol
I think the policemen are just curious of your bus and you xD
Wow! I cannot believe this! I have two daughters, and their dad and his family are from La Cienega, de Zimatlán, Oaxaca. It’s about a 15 min drive from Oaxaca City. In 2010, the father of my girls (who were 3 months and 18 months old at the time) was deported from Oklahoma to his home in Oaxaca. A few months later, I put everything we owned into storage, and the girls and I made the long drive to his family’s home in Oaxaca. We lived there for over 4 months, but ultimately, my daughters and I had to return to America. The ultimate goal, was to try and get him back to the US with us, but it didn’t work out. I miss the beauty of that part of the world SO MUCH (I could I go on and on). I think it’s incredible that this is y’all’s favorite city in Mexico! We haven’t been back since, and the girls’ dad never came back to America (long story). Now that they are older (13 and 14), I want so badly to take them to see that part of the world, and to meet their dad and their paternal side of the family. ❤
I loved this video!
I always find it so cool and fascinating when you bump into fellow school bus or van life travellers on the way. Such a fun interaction. Long time viewer, first time commenting just wanna say have been loving the vlogs, the production value never ceases to amaze me. I can always see how much care goes into the edit. Cannot wait for the Wedding vlog!
Oaxaca is one of the most beautiful places we have in Mexico, my favorite state for sure. All the state, the little towns, the big cities, the beaches, everything is amazing, it's a place with great culture, great history, pre and post colonial, I'm so glad you enjoyed it
Raya is lovely. Just lovely. Can’t wait to see her dress.
I cannot express how much I LOVE the clothing Louis has chosen for their marriage ceremony.
👍
Thank you so so much! ❤️
Ikr! Love the shirt that Louis picked out and can't wait to see Rayas dress!
the shirt is amazing and those rust coloured chinos too! would you mind sharing how much you paid for the shirt plz
Love Louis’ outfit he purchased in Oaxaca. Raya, I think a 2 piece set (crop top and high-waisted skirt) would be so gorgeous on you for your wedding. I know you’ll KNOW when you’ve found the right outfit either way. Please be safe on your journey to your new home! 💛
I actually said aloud, “Louis, for the love of god, don’t eat pizza in your new wedding shirt!” 😂😂
Hahahah 😂
What a nice time you had! Even when getting pulled over, it seemed like the police were really impressed with your bus! Loved the market you were shopping in and that pizza looked so delicious. Wishing happy and safe travels to you both as you head on over to meet again in Guatemala! 👍
We love Oaxaca! We collect the alebrijes, the whimsical painted animals! I think we have 30 of them! Safe travels!
Love that!
When you find trousers which fit your perfectly, you do have to buy a few pairs while you can!
Haha yes!
Peace out, enjoy life, live the adventure, BOOM 👊🏻
So glad you had some relaxing couple of days after that scare! Hope the rest of the trip will go smoothly!
Thank you!
Raya & Louis, I have been a huge fan of your channel and loved your honest journey that you always share with us. Last week when I saw that nightmare of an ordeal that you both went through, my heart went out for you. I was so so so nervous for Raya while Louis was in custody. I could NOT even imagine the state of her mind - fear, anxiety, nervous & scared in a new place. I am so so GLAD to see this video. This video is a cuddle to the heart after last week's ordeal you both went through. So glad to see you both bouncing out of it and enjoying the city of Oaxaca.
Love the outfit Louis picked up. Raya, love love love that halter neck yellow dress you had tried on. Hope you got it for yourself. Wishing you both a safe, peaceful & happy rest of your drive back to your home in Costa Rica!! Love and big tight hugs to both of you!!!
This makes me happy. I was born and grew up in Oaxaca! I’m fixing up a vintage 1982 13 ft fiberglass scamp camper and plan to move back down pulling that beauty! Thanks for sharing your adventures. ✌🏽
It’s awesome that these parks have pools.
I’ve been following Fun For Louis since the beginning and always loved the music. When you’re going back into DJ-ing, can you share one of your playlists with us?
I have anxiety just watching those corners! 😳 You amaze me!
I am so thankful to at you two had a lovely time eating and shopping and planning your future together. What a challenging time you’ve had. But great things await you!
Thanks Melissa, I definitely feel that too!
Thank you for showing the alebrijes in the souvenir shop.. my daughter (grade 5) was just learning about them and making her own in art class! Got to show her a real life example & I love that it came from y'all's channel.
Finger's crossed that the rest of your journey goes well, Louis, & that Raya enjoys herself in LA but gets back safely 🤞
Raya is always preparing the most delectable meals 😋
Thanks! ☺️
Prayers and light and love coming your way!!! Love seeing your adventures!! 🙏🏻❤️
I’d say the deck and solar added to the bus just makes people more curious, love you guys and praying safe travels

Awwww, so awesome seeing there is another house bus like yours.
You both are my most favorite people in this world. I am too much exited for your wedding. God bless your marriage and your generation to come.
1 Raya you look very beautiful in that yellow dress 2 The two of you are so adorable, I'm so happy for the two of you and Congrats on your marriage!
👍
Thank you so much! ❤️
I love that shirt you chose Louis. As soon as you showed it hanging there I said "Yes, that's the one!" I'm so glad you decided to get that one. I can't wait to see the dress that Raya chooses.
Thanks for this lil getaway from reality! You guys are crushing it!
Oaxaca is a shopping paradise. The city is famous for its hand-carved wooden figurines, that you saw at one of the markets. One of the more popular characters is a mythical figure known as a dreamcatcher in which you pull out its spiny appendages and make a wish.
Really enjoy these videos and your journey! Particularly the time lapses!
Love the video guys I hope you guys post more. My parents are actually from cuatla Morelos Mexico not too far from Oaxaca. You guys definitely motivated me to go visit that state.... Those clothes look amazing that Louis purchased. By the way I'm glad everything worked out with the police the previous night
You both needed to have fun after the crazy time driving! Stay safe! Looking forward to your wedding!
Thanks so much ☺️❤️
Love your videos! You guys are such a Nice couple! Can’t wait to see the journey at Costa Rica 😍🥰❤️

Aw I love that! ☺️
I LOLed at Louis getting the same pants in 5 different colors hahaha that is so me I also do that when I find a comfortable pair
Just love your videos. You are very brave driving the 'beast' all that way! Regards, John. (UK).
i am so exited for you guys!! and I am really relieved the police situation is fine now
Thanks Cherry!
Dang, the trouble you guys go through is unbelievable. Best wishes to you guys. Much love to you guys.
Happy Trails from here on you two❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Raya your food always looks so aesthetic and delicious!! Have you considered filming vegan recipes? And Louis your vibrant wedding outfit looks amazing!!
I am super into the layout of their bus.
Totally new subscriber here, just wanted to stop by and say I'm glad you are OK after your arrest! My heart just sunk when I thought of how awful that could have turned out and I was anxiously waiting to see the next video in hopes that you were both safe and sound!
You guys have had so much stress on this trip! I hope you get to costa rica and can breath a sigh of relief!
I get so nervous for Louis now when he's driving this huge bus!! I could never. Great video as always. Stay safe guys! ox
It looks like the police just want to see the inside of the bus! Lol! Maybe just curious?
what an adventure
I was so happy to see this video. I got worried after the last video 😬 Glad you guys have made your way on farther south!
Thank you! ❤️
Loved your video. You both seem like nice people with a great outlook on life, and an amazing positive attitude. I hope your wedding was everything you desired and that your new home is working out. I am a Street Photographer who is interested in visiting Oaxaca - and discovered your video during my research.
Esta chida la ciudad y muy bonito video

Not stopping at Mazunte/Zipolite etc?
I miss traveling to Mexico!
Raya is one of those girls who look great in anything lucky girl
Thank you so much ❤️
Language barrier man, but it would be good to read/brush up on the road codes there. Lol you're a magnet because it's a bus for one and then you're also foreigners
I think more Vegan influencers should include their experiences when dining. Although I'm not vegan that would be interesting. Love the content! There are so many of you (vegan influencers) that I like but never see that type of content. ❤
Great video guys! It’s also one of our favourite city’s too. We’re currently living in the neighbouring puerto Escondido which is also very pretty. Would be awesome to meet up if you guys are in town!
We’re in Mazunte now!
Also we’re planning to screen our latest documentary next week, would be awesome to welcome you guys 🙏
Now in puerto Escondido! We love it :)

You guys should come to belize it has the great blue hole
We are going to Mexico for our honeymoon in June 😍
Louis it's been great following along as you and Raya document your journey down to Costa Rica. Given your getting more sun as you approach the equator, how do you protect your skin from all the exposure?
The vegan food looks amazing!!
I hope you got that dress Ryah it looked good on you, I'm so sorry you had to get stopped by the police so many times, stay safe down there ❤❤
Thanks Bonnie! ☺️
Yes my guatemala country next!
Raya makes good looking food 😋
I wish you guys would come and visit Belize
You shopped like me 🤣🤣🤣 I’m vary picky n when I found something I will buy all the colors
Are you going to add a seat belt for the driver seat, and for the back?
Glad you had a fairly uneventful trip. The scenery and that town were beautiful. Mind you dont dirty your wedding shirt ..... x
So many police adventures :)
Sounds fun (not) kkkk At least they seem mostly cordial and cool. I remember I got so so sick on the street food there. Hopefully you won't get any typhoid infected tacos like I did. Stay safe and enjoy the first class Mexican hospitality
Hey Louis, the footage is amazing, what’s ur main camera and mic?
Olaa casal, venham ao Brasil também!!!!!🇧🇷

I hope Raya is okay n does some rec in la

HI From 🇿🇦
Anyone else here for Raya’s cooking? 😍
You know, with all that is happening in the world right now, makes me be very proud and thankful for living in Costa Rica, we keep it simple here: no army = no war.
By the way guys, your Spanish it's getting much better, good thing about being pulled over every day by the police, you get to practice your Spanish lol
I know you don't mean to, but this can come off as gloating 😞 Others did not have the choice of where they live.
@@MsAj90 Yes you're right, I didn't mean to and not everyone has the economic opportunities to choose where to live. Still, it's just me feeling proud, happy and having a big appreciation for the luck I had being born and raised in a country like this, were peace is part of our culture :)
It was a shakedown.
Raya do you do cooking videos? Would love to see some of your vegan recipes!! Your food always looks so good.
Safe travels and congrats on your engagement! Love your videos🙂
Aw thank you! Not really, I might start filming some ☺️
@@RayaandLouis yesss that would be awesome!!!
Love the videos, it looked like everyone was wearing a mask at the market except for you guys...what are the covid guidelines in Mexico?
Something I have thought about for ages, does Raya have a seat belt in the bus?
