- Considering this engine was an unknown when it was out in the car 10 years ago I thought I’d bite the bullet and compression test it with surprising results 🥴
I'd really love to see the cefy stay around. Would be a real nice street/show car. It's extremely different and it's "Chris' car" if that makes sense.

VLs are so over done these days mate. There's way too many old commodores getting around, especially VL turbos. Keep the Cefiro. Raise it up a bit, quieten it down and drive it!

From an outsider’s standpoint, it looks to me as though you’ve made your mind up about the car, especially the fact that it’s up for sale lol. If it’s something you’re hearts not in, why hold onto it? It’ll be sad to see it go, but your genuine enjoyment in a car is all that really matters… and hey it’s also a great watch to see you get stuck into a new build. Either way, great video 👍

Its a very nice clean car bro. Keep the Cefiro. Throw the new engine in do the bottom end and tubs. Sell the old engine for cash for the build. You will thank yourself later that car will be worth more than gold one day. It's a classic now and its a pretty rare car aswell. Plus you will enjoy it for many more years to come.

Decisions, decisions, I personally have kept cars and pumped money into them for nostalgia reasons too many times brother, and each one kept punishing me for my loyalty, you’ve got some great memories and good times from the Cefiro, you know it’s healthy, tidy it up and sell it on for someone else to enjoy, sell the built 30 as well (maybe as a package??) and put those funds into a VL, you’ve been keen on one for a while now and would suit the VN/ Evo theme you have going too? Honestly i havent seen any cefiro as clean as yours , seems like one of thos cars you sell and end up regretting it so i say pull the engine do the bay freshin it up and put the 25 back in maybe make it more "streetable" so you have reason to drive it and enjoy it, but id hate to see the car go as many others have said but i also wouldnt want you to keep it if you're not gonna drive it, so make it driveable dangit XD

Fix up the current engine, put a new quieter exhaust on it, raise it up and make it nicer to cruise and just enjoy it. I think you'll regret both selling it and not doing anything to it.

Get a VL please, it would sky rocket your channel as there is limited VL content out there. Definitely sell the cefy. Plus would look so good having 2 commodores next to each other in your garage.

Ever thought of going the other way and doing an R31? I know they're an aquired taste but they're abit cheaper than the VLs and the rb would be right at home there.
