It was never one of the greatest hits of the old masters and was written long after their "great days". Nevertheless, it's one of the most expressive works that they have ever created!

I have been waiting for a tribute of this style for a long time, and I mean that one thing is to cover Purple and another thing is to sound like them, I love it and I think the new lineup is a great success, but I want to emphasize that MARGHERITA, listening to you is a pleasure, from now on very grateful ... it would be nice to introduce Morse era songs to the setlist, keeping the sound of you .....

Hace mucho mucho tiempo que esperaba un tributo de este estilo, y me refiero que una cosa es hacer covers de Purple y otra cosa es sonar a ellos, me encanta y creo que es un gran acierto la nueva alineación, pero quiero resaltar que MARGHERITA, escucharte es todo un placer, desde ya muy agradecido... estaría bueno que introducir al setlist temas de la era morse, manteniendo el sonido de ustedes.....

Funny thing is, I've been following both SKOW and Chiara for quite a while, and now they've joined forces ! Great drummer for a great band. And of course, there's Maggie. Maggie is brillant, much prettier than the late Jon Lord, and she's a fellow french citizen. Three qualities, right ? :))))

Agreed, the drummers are quite different. Paolo brought a more quality, orchestral dynamic. She dedicated herself to ‘feeling’ each note. Chiara is using a steel snare to project more in this outdoor setting, which by default sounds less warm than Paolo’s wood snare. Chiara opened her hi-hat cymbals a touch too far during the intro. Both ladies are wonderfully talented and Chiara will sound even better after playing the songs as long as Paolo - and her drum mix within the master output will take time to optimize.

If you are going cover Deep Purple songs, you almost have to get a female singer. Where are you going to find a male singer with Ian Gillan's vocal range? Men that can sing like Gilian are very few and far in between.

I like this lineup better. The rhythm section is more energetic and focused. The prior one was a bit too polite.
listen to the old line up. Drumming now weak. All tghe weight seems to have gine from their sound.

Sorry to disagree with you. Chiara is a brilliant drummer (check out her CZcams videos) and Elettra is a very good bassist.
As much as I like Paola Caridi, Chiara is much better suited and technically better for Deep Purple songs, played with perfect accuracy throughout.
