Just so everyone is aware, babies are very capable of understanding language verybearlt on. It's just that their vocal cords are not developed enough to speak which leads to a lot of frustration. This is why you will find babies able to communicate with sign language
Seriously? Underdeveloped vocal cords? They coo, laugh, cry, scream and sequel … from birth. They do “understand” language before they can articulate. It has to do with muscle development of the tongue and/or oral cavity. Also, without teeth, it’s difficult to pronounce certain sounds.
@Dixi_Grl yes, underdeveloped vocal cords. When humans are born, our vocal chords are extremely flexible which allows us to make a variety of sounds but makes it harder to control. However, they harden with age which allows greater control but makes it harder for us to pronounce certain sounds that are outside of our native language. If you would like, the National Institute of health has multiple articles on this subject as it has been studied for many years
@Dixi_Grl also, it is the vestibular folds, not the vocal chords, which are involved in screaming. This functions to protect the more delicate vocal chords. Furthermore, the mouth simply aids in shaping sound. Think of the vocal chords like an instrument. You can pluck and play all the strings at once but it takes time and practice to be able to play them in the correct order to make music. The mouth and lips are like fingers, guiding and muting the sound to create different effects.

My oldest did a lot earlier than my other 2 she came out alert as can be holding her head up it looked like she was looking around lol then at 7 hrs old the nurse woke me up and said I just watched her roll onto her side. At 5 and half maybe 6 months old she would hold my hands and walk and would pull up on table to stand. My friends daughter was 2 and had a doll stroller I put her in it and had my daughter Arica hold on to it to walk. She caught the gleam of the sun off my friends watch and took off running at it. @probswontcurreply8182 9 months is early to speak unless they mean babbling not speaking. My son walked the day he turned 10 months on Christmas just past. Every baby is different. He's been babbling since 2 weeks.
I have central heterochromia, which is not as rare as you think and far more common than sectoral heterochromia or, like the baby, complete heterochromia
It's a horro movie called the prodigy. I don't remember everything but basically: The child is born right after a serial killer is shot and this serial killer possesses this kid. He is developing very fast and as a child begins to hurt people and kill the family dog. The parents find out he is possessed through a hypnotherapist. This serial killer also had two different coloured eyes. The boy stabs his father, because they want to put him in a mental facility. The mother drives to the last victim of the serial killer before he was shot to kill her and therefor free her son from the killers evil spirit. She can't bring herself to shoot the woman, the boy murders the victim then. The mother tries to shoot him, but the victims man shoots her first. And the boys original soul is vanished and he is now completely controlled by the serial killer. Or something like that 😅
Thanks for the spoiler. I am more of a rom com or comedy 🎭 type. If it’s a good horror/ thriller I’d watch. Also one minute of info is less traumatizing 😂
How have people not realized that David Bowie’s pupils are 2 different sizes not 2 different colors. He received damage in a fight to his eye when he was in his early 20s, causing his pupils to to blow
My families ladies talk sweetly and sincerely... We're from Wyoming. I traveled a lot and finally realized just how rare the sincere sweetness of my family is. Time to return home, even though it's too cold
most pandemic babies are actually far behind, and we are seeing that reflected in schools. children are reading and writing at much lower levels than they should be compared to students of the same age years earlier. i think your granddaughter is a one off incident. the rest of the pandemic kids are really far behind for their age. many teachers are talking about it online, you can search it up
@@lolabunny31 I’m guessing that she’s referring to a much younger age than school kids (and yes, I agree with you. School kids are behind and need some sort of intense catch up year)
@@lolabunny31Definitely not talking about kids old enough to be in school. I have a pandemic baby, and he came out of the womb lifting his head and looking around. He's been advanced in so many things. He just isn't talking much, yet. I think he's doing what he did with walking. He can, he's just being stubborn. I'll hear him copy me or the animals all the time. Hearing him try to meow is sooo stinkin' precious. 🥰 But his peds doctor said she's noticed a difference in the pandemic babies. That they're stronger.
The weird thing about that, though...in the pictures of him close up, the iris of the eye with the blown pupil does appear to be hazel. To be clear, I'm not refuting what you said. I just read an article about it, and I believe it. I'm just making an observation. There was also a bit of that hazel-ish color in his normal blue eyes, so it could just be the way his irises were, without them being actually heterochromatic.
I totally recommend people watching it. It's such a good movie. For those who wants to know why Spoilers: So a serial killer was reincarnated into this baby cause he died the same day this baby was born. So he was smart because the retained his memories as an adult. He's sick (like rotten not ill) and is very smart. He managed to frame everyone that was against him and find the woman he failed to kill in his last life. He also has a hand fetish so he kept drawing hands and looking at people's hands too weirdly. He won in the end btw. A stranger saw the mother about to shoot her son so the stranger shot her to save the kid and he acted scared and sad. Really crying. As if he's the victim.
Fun fact: David Bowie has the same coloured eyes, one of his pupils is just bigger which makes it look like it's brown/black. The reason for that is that he got into a fight when he was young and got hit in the eye and that permanently damaged it.
@@bubblingbubztheklown5902 Sounds like sectoral heterochromia. I have this. My eyes are mostly grey, but with 2 brown sections in each eye. Different than having hazel eyes where the coloration is more consistent.
Yeah, like I said, the AI doesn’t understand what’s going on. The short is prob just AI generated, they rip off clips from a real movie give it to AI and let the bot do the work.
Just so people know David Bowie did not have heterochromia he had something else, he got into a fight when he was around 10 and one of his pupils dilated and stayed like that (I don’t have the official term)
My oldest started talking a little before his yr mark but my youngest (from watching his brother) develop a lot faster he started using some words around 6months and started walking around the same time. He completely skipped the crawling faze which took us all by surprise. Now both my boys are beyond smart for their own good (gets them into a lot of trouble) but they are both so bright and loving kids
I was talking to my cousin and her 4 month old grandson. Not expecting him to repeat after her, she just said to him, "Say hey Kim." We were both shocked when the baby said, "Hey Kim." What in the world?!!!
babies have the capacity to express themselves a lot earlier than many people think. The week Jessica turned a Month old, what’s the day that she became my responsibility to look after. She wasn’t mine, But her little mom couldn’t look after her, and that was how she and I came to be in each other’s company. Four generations of our family didn’t learn what her cries meant, and whenever she cried, she was regarded as being spoiled, and the great grandmother would advise everyone to ignore her. In desperation this newborn whose diaper region had the skin burned off from a reaction between her urine and the latex lining in her diaper, and terrible debilitating pain in her belly from the formula that she couldn’t digest, was starting to change her cries up, So I asked her not to change her cries, because I could understand the ones that she had, and would be glad to help her to tell everybody else, whatever it was, she wanted them to know. It wasn’t a exactly The challenge of a UN interpreter, since babies are only born with five cries. And then I promised to show her another way to tell them what she wanted, just in case. She could already make a lovely feast, and she could let it go when she wanted, so I showed her the sign for “milk”. And she immediately used it to ask for milk. It was surprising that generally speaking, she didn’t ask for many more words; She essentially only wanted to Xpress those basic five things most of the time. When she was about six weeks old, I brought her with me, because I teach Sunday school nursery class, and even though she was a bit young, it just made sense to bring her. She saw other babies. Some could toddle; some Could crawl, and some could creep. It hadn’t occurred to her that she could get around like that. This is the first time she saw anybody who sort of looked like her, and for the whole two hours, she saw very wide awake and taking it all in like she’d never seen anything like this in her entire life. She was cranky by the time we got home, and tired. I put her on the change table, and belted her in, while I got a nice tepid facecloth to make sure that there was no trace of anything left on her skin that could further hurt her little body. She turned her face to her Dolly with the big eyes, looked her deep in the eyes, and started to whisper like a little child sharing secrets with her best friend. It was like she told her everything that she had seen that day, and with so much expression and passion. It was such a privilege to witness. So I signed us up for mother and baby classes. So she’d get to meet other people her age, and get to do fun stuff. by the time she was three months old, and she had a terrible problem with her milk, We tried switching up her formula. It was great at first, but then she got sick on it. When she saw her great grandad later that day, he picked her up and ask her with a big smile about her day. She’s signed to him That her tummy and had hurt, that she’d had her old milk, But then, she had A new milk. It was really good at first. But then her tummy hurt badly again. Great grandad was really surprised that his little sweetheart could tell him all that when she was three months old. And he was upset that she was going through all that. This baby, Jessica, was bright, and is now, bright and articulate. I can’t help but think that perhaps babies generally speaking are understanding more than we think they are, and are generally bright with a lot to say.
That's why they say that we aren't supposed to baby talk, just speak normally. Babies are born with vast knowledge and the exposure we allow determines what the brain keeps and tosses.
Lol, rubbish. My daughter said mama, when she wasn't even 8 months old yet. She is clever, but not a genius. It's totally normal for kids to ralk way before one year.
There is something paranormal at play in this movie though. It's a horror movie. He starts to get really violent around 8 and tries to kill a couple of kids as well
My oldest son has Horners syndrome due to his facial nerve being compressed in utero so one eye is a different color and the pupil is always dilated. It's also like a line was drawn down his face and one side doesn't sweat or flush either.

Isn't that normal?
@@just-A.randomdudethe speaking bit is late, the walking bit is early.
Didn't walk fully till 7 to 8 mos
Yeah me and my dad both have it as well and if you pay extra attention during movies close up scenes you can see that quite a few actors have it too
My cat has a green eye and a blue eye but the green one also has a little bit of blue in the top of it
My dad, myself, and my daughter all have it.
I read some where that people with this condition have hearing problems. Is it true?
@@bigNo13 no
It's a horro movie called the prodigy. I don't remember everything but basically:
The child is born right after a serial killer is shot and this serial killer possesses this kid. Or something like that 😅
Omg lol 🤣😂
THANKS
'Preciate it. I was curious enough to want to watch whatever this is.... until the explanation. I'm good. I don't do demons and s***. Lol
Thanks
Thanks for the spoiler. I am more of a rom com or comedy 🎭 type. If it’s a good horror/ thriller I’d watch. Also one minute of info is less traumatizing 😂
How have people not realized that David Bowie’s pupils are 2 different sizes not 2 different colors. He received damage in a fight to his eye when he was in his early 20s, causing his pupils to to blow
I came here to comment this. I'm glad AT LEAST someone know history ❤
Fun fact Bowie didnt have heterochromia he had anasocoria. His pupils were 2 different sizes which made his eyes LOOK like different colors
And that happend due to a fight over a girl when he was a kid 😊
I also have different sized pupils but due to scarring on both corneas. It doesn't look like I have different eye colors though
@@chaozinga i suppose it depends on how extreme it is or probably differs depending on the person and eye color. Are your eyes a dark color by chance?
@@evelynkrull5268 yeah you're probably right 🙂 No they're not really dark, they're kinda green/gray or something 🙈😅
My son at 4 with an injection said " oh"
That's a big ass needle
😅
No David Bowie pupil was permanently dilated giving the appearance of a darker eye colour but the little guy is very much unique
It's good that she gave him a bath
Mother just talks so gently wow ❤❤
No one talks like that in real life
Isn't that normal?
Yeah? That's how moms talk to babies.
My families ladies talk sweetly and sincerely... We're from Wyoming. I traveled a lot and finally realized just how rare the sincere sweetness of my family is. Time to return home, even though it's too cold
So weird coming from Piper
I love tiny mistakes....she gave BATH to a baby. 😂
David Bowie didn't have heterochromia. One of his pupils was a bigger size than the other.
THANK YOUUUUUUU 🎉
If a baby doesn't respond to something pain id be afraid hehas CIPA
Which is extremely rare and very unlikely
My granddaughter was really talking at 7 months.. these pandemic babies are really smart
most pandemic babies are actually far behind, and we are seeing that reflected in schools. children are reading and writing at much lower levels than they should be compared to students of the same age years earlier. i think your granddaughter is a one off incident. the rest of the pandemic kids are really far behind for their age. many teachers are talking about it online, you can search it up
@@lolabunny31 I’m guessing that she’s referring to a much younger age than school kids (and yes, I agree with you.
FUN FACT
David Bowie did not have heterochromia, he had a permanent dilation to the pupil of one eye due to i believe a bar fight.
Lol I was just going to comment the same fun fact but I think it was from a fight when he was in school
I don’t think it was a bar fight but when he was a child - I can’t remember if it was a fight or an accident tho ?
It was a fight over a girl with one of his friends, George Underwood, in his late teen years.
You beat me to it.
Came to make this same comment lmaooo
The mom is so proud... it is really beautiful to watch
David Bowie is not heterochromatic. He has a blown pupil.
Cuz he got punched in a fight :3
The weird thing about that, though...in the pictures of him close up, the iris of the eye with the blown pupil does appear to be hazel. To be clear, I'm not refuting what you said. I just read an article about it, and I believe it. I'm just making an observation. There was also a bit of that hazel-ish color in his normal blue eyes, so it could just be the way his irises were, without them being actually heterochromatic.
I totally recommend people watching it. It's such a good movie. For those who wants to know why
Spoilers:
So a serial killer was reincarnated into this baby cause he died the same day this baby was born.
Finally context! Everyone is ranting about the David Bowie thing 💀
I think I'll pass on this movie
@@Inaisola me too
Omg thank you!!!
THANKYOU. EVERY DAMN PARAGRAPH WANTS TO TELL ME ABOUT DAVID BOWIE’S STUPID PUPILS
Fun fact: David Bowie has the same coloured eyes, one of his pupils is just bigger which makes it look like it's brown/black. The reason for that is that he got into a fight when he was young and got hit in the eye and that permanently damaged it.
Well technically my daughter has heterochromia but it's only a 1/4 of her left eye. It went from brown to grey due to thinning of the lining
@@bubblingbubztheklown5902 Sounds like sectoral heterochromia. I have this. My eyes are mostly grey, but with 2 brown sections in each eye.
Different than having hazel eyes where the coloration is more consistent.
Wow. She gave bath.... incredible.
Gave bath 🤨
Yeah, like I said, the AI doesn’t understand what’s going on. The short is prob just AI generated, they rip off clips from a real movie give it to AI and let the bot do the work.

I started learning how to say simple words at 6 month and my mother just's told me at the age of 15😂
Just so people know David Bowie did not have heterochromia he had something else, he got into a fight when he was around 10 and one of his pupils dilated and stayed like that (I don’t have the official term)
Awh, that’s so sweet. My dad would just call me a smart ass 😂
Both beautiful babies ❤❤
My oldest started talking a little before his yr mark but my youngest (from watching his brother) develop a lot faster he started using some words around 6months and started walking around the same time. He completely skipped the crawling faze which took us all by surprise. Now both my boys are beyond smart for their own good (gets them into a lot of trouble) but they are both so bright and loving kids
All my siblings and myself started speaking at 4 months old, trust me, they’re far from geniuses. 😂
Stop lying
I was talking to my cousin and her 4 month old grandson. Not expecting him to repeat after her, she just said to him, "Say hey Kim." We were both shocked when the baby said, "Hey Kim." What in the world?!!!
My son was walking and talking at 10 months of age
Talking or randomly saying some words?
babies have the capacity to express themselves a lot earlier than many people think.
What a beautiful baby. ❤
This is clearly a bot
That's why they say that we aren't supposed to baby talk, just speak normally. Babies are born with vast knowledge and the exposure we allow determines what the brain keeps and tosses.
I worked with two different people at different times in my life with this eye mutation. One, a lady, hated it.
