I'm dang near 60, and Cody and the Band are Awsome. I Love REAL COUNTRY MUSIC.
i’ve said it a thousand times since i first began to listen to him. that guy is and will takeover country music. whether cmt or these nashville labels back him or not.
Cody is 100% my favorite cowboy and country artist. There’s no one as real, no one who cares like him, no one who can relate as much. Not to mention he backs the blue and supports the military 💙 #CojoNation 🤠
Cody is good, but there are several artists comin up who are real cowboys the same as him. Tristan Marez is a prime example and on CoJo's level super mature, and great singer/song writer especially for a kid who is only 24 yrs old. Check him out so you don't burn yourself up on just one great artist. Some more are Josh Ward, Randall King, Dustin Sonnier.

I was born in Nashville and grew up 19 miles outside of it on a ranch, growing up I did a bit of rodeoing. I hate Nashville “Country” radio and was happy to see some real country music actually start to break through again (Cody Johnson, Tyler Childers, Morgan Wallen, Parker McCollum, etc) but was not surprised when they kicked Wallen off the radio and threatened Cody Johnson because he’s “too cowboy” (they love the fake ass ones). I am very thankful for streaming services like Apple Music giving real down to earth country singers a way to get big again.
Cody is the real deal. And his/his band's music is awesome.

Hello!! My husband Isaiah Lamb 22 years old was in a head on collision at 60 mph on November 6th. He is now recovering in rehab! He’s a huge Cody Johnson fan and I’m trying every way that I can to reach out to him in hopes he might give Isaiah an encouraging message to boost his confidence as he relearns to walk and carry on daily activities!
