I have 2 questions:
Why we put strain on x-axis though it is dependent on the applied stress?
And can we describe this all stress and strain phenomena like this:
When we initially apply force the internal forces are equal and opposite to applied load, and that's why when we remove the load the internal forces restore the body to original position, and once we enter the plastic region, the internal forces and applied load aren't equal and on removing the load, the internal forces can't restore it to the original state.
IS THIS RIGHT??
