@@r_a_k_s_h_y_a625 will, it’s a long story but long story short, It all begin when I was a seinor at high school I felt like I don’t belong but I never really understood what I’m actually going through, I made it that year and the next year I went to college, as a sociology and social work student I leant a lote regarding these problems and how can a person feel while going through them, Here were I decided to seek help, I went to our school therapist and after a lot of hesitations I told him EVERYTHING, I talked to him about my depression and anxiety and how I feel like doing something BAD to myself.
After several weeks of sessions he gave me a medication 💊, I begun using them after a lot of over thinking, and while i was doing so I always felt like I’m not “going to make” to see any results I was at rock bottom, but after a long long journey I started to see results, my desire to do something bad to myself began to disappear and that happened after like a year or so from medication, after harsh 3 years I finally considered myself as a depression free person.
But sadly that’s not all, In my case as a homosexual person living in a homophopic place it’s always going to feel like shit when u can’t tell your closest friend who u are! But regarding that I have decided that I’m moving to the UK next year hope it will work out for me!!

When depression strikes, the worst thing to do is to accept your negative thoughts. It is tempting to listen to "sad" songs to compliment the feeling, but sometimes we need a lil bit of this to remind us that it is important to not give up on ourselves. What is important is not how to get rid of depression, but how we manage ourselves when depression comes.

I originally listened to this song around the time my boyfriend, now husband, and I got together. I was struggling with being my own support system, and learning how to be my own person. This song made me realize that I am capable of that. Thankfully I also had my boyfriend there for the times where I didn't feel capable. I'm listening to this song now a year and a half later. My husband has enlisted in the Army and he's currently at his advanced training. I've had to be my own support system again for the past ten weeks, and will continue for thirteen more. Today was a really hard day. I was feeling lost and I wasn't sure I could do this on my own any longer. I'm listening to this song now to remind myself that I am capable of anything and everything. I can be my own support system. I can make it through these next thirteen weeks. I can make it until I can see my husband again. Thank you to Brent Morgan for reminding me of just how strong I am.

When I was a teenager, my way coping with my stress was listen to dark songs and it even made me more depressed and worst suicidal. But as time went by, I turned 20 and after all the things that happened to me and I have experienced in life, I realized I only had and will always have me so I should NOT give up on ME! This song reminds me how I managed to get out of that darkness myself. Thank you!

Everyone says the voice in their head tells them negative things but the voice in my head tells me to stay strong and I'm gonna make it. Truth is the voice in your head is still you if you think negatively that voice will tell you negative things but if you have hope then that voice will keep pushing you forward. I've been struggling so hard recently. I had to drop out of college from what looked like a chronic gi track disorder, but everything keeps coming back neutral but I still am suffering from quite a few of the symptoms so I can't go back to work. And on top of that, I've been waiting years to get a surgery and I finally got some progress on it, but now because I can't go back to work, I don't think I'll have enough money to get it and have to go back to the wait lists. So finding this song on Instagram made me break down crying. Thank you so much. I'm so scared right now and I don't know what to do, but this song is giving me some hope. I really don't know what's wrong with my body or if I'll be able to get my surgery, but I'll be able to keep moving forward. Somehow I will make it work. I'm determined to get by.
