Anyone who’s gotten a newly built home in the last 2 years knows just how poorly made they are. They’re cheap and fast but not well built and of lasting quality. The key to this is immigration and slowing down the insane influx of ppl coming here.
If they built clay brick homes in North America, like they do back in your homeland, trust me; you would not want to live in there, so shut up until you do some research!
FYI , I sold my new Brunswick home and moved to the Philippines. I paid $76,000 CDN for a 3 bedroom townhouse in Cebu and my maintenance fee is $25.00 CDN per month. I can see a doctor any day I want, pay no carbon tax, fresh fish and fruit daily at half the price and can buy any Canadian food I want at Landers department store.... the beaches ⛱️ are great and no snow in the forecast 😂

All f governments talk about infrastructure health care education & housing. None of them are transparent. But these nasty politicians knows how to build their families. Trust me over 4 decades I paid tax never ever get single penny back . I wrote a letter to BOB Hamilton ( commissioner of Revenue ) What f you did with my tax ) Which I paid over 4 decades I need immediate response.
Building new homes can only be done efficiently by the private enterprises, not governments! Government must provide fiscal incentives to private enterprises : faster depreciation, rebate in interest rates etc. Let the private enterprises invest the money and get an income tax rebate. In order to get the fiscal returns, the government can fix a minimum percentage of affordable housing !
Homes in Canada and the United States and the United Kingdom are going to continue building their homes as well and that amazing things to happen I’d like to say woot woo.
