I’ve been watching videos trying tell myself that it’s normal to start showing at 11 weeks but everyone literally looks like a model and my 11 weeks looks like their 20 !
It's the bloating! It can look like a baby bump but it's not the baby's..yet - it's water. Baby's big enough to actually show in the 2nd tri.

I knew my psychologist was pregnant before she told me. She wasn’t showing yet, but she kept touching her belly during appointments 😂 I think I would be exactly the same tho if I got pregnant.
