Hi Shivam, placements at IISER Kolkata have also been good for the last 2-3 years. The placement cell is actively working, and enough companies visit for interested individuals. The median package remains around 11 LPA.
Thanks for informing us. I was using NIRF data of all IISERs for information and they maybe not updated the numbers in NIRF data.

@@priyanshugg1638 Companies generally give equal opportunity to all department students ( sometimes they prefer quant majors, eg. if some company want to hire for credit risk management then they'll prefer Maths grad). If you have prepared well you'll get placed. This year people got placed in TCS Research from the biology department ( 11.5 LPA was the package).

Maine 12th ki exam abhi recent year 2024 main di hai but due to health issue mera exam acha nhi gaya , so i know ki mera result sirf 60-65 percentage ke bich main aayega which is very low score but muze improvement exam deni hai 12th ki but Maharashtra board ki improvement exam july ke ending main hoti hai and August tak result bhi aa jata hai, but IISER ke form ke instructions main likha hai ki 12th ki marksheet 2nd july tak ulopad krni hogi 😢
