    In 2020, I was diagnosed with prediabetes with a blood glucose level of 115 mg/dL. Drinking hibiscus and oolong tea helped lower my levels to 95 mg/dL in a year. I monitor my blood sugar daily, eat whole foods, and exercise regularly. My bi-annual checkups show stable results. Meditation and mindfulness have greatly contributed to my improved health, making me feel revitalized and grateful.
