While Taekwondo focuses on powerful strikes, Taekkyun tends to focus more on fluid movements and flowing from one move to the next in a flow and many times, its strength lies in the unpredictability of its moves. Kicks can come out of nowhere from weird angles opponents don't expect, flipping them over head over heel, like Ilpyo did with Mori. Some of their kicks are WILD, like the scorpion kick. glitt pow apparently a lot of people think like that but men’s volleyball in real life is WAY more exciting than women’s imo. Obviously it’s way more power into it which is one thing and that makes it way more intense. I never understood why people thought it was a feminine sport when there’s literally nothing feminine about it. There’s no contact and it’s actually pretty dangerous. Imagine a ball coming at you at 70 mph and you have to block or receive it. Or hitting a ball as hard as you can to blast through a block. It’s a thrill really. I’m a vball player so that’s why I’m saying this lol.

Watching the beginning of the video and talking about the 38yo reminds me of a friend of mine who actually experienced that. He worked as an electrician and in an accident got his kneecaps shattered, so he couldnt continue working as before. After all his operations were done he had to go back to school cause he did have to learn a new job. Part of it was more or less classes like when he went to school. When it happened he was in his early 40s and his classmates were around 18 i think. He was the best student in the class by far but whenver it was time for the exams he fell ill and therefore had to repeat the classes. It happened several times. Doctors gave him medicine but it got worse and worse. I moved to another country so we more or less lost contact but when i visited him once he told me the end of the story. Years later they somehow figured out that he was having exam anxiety which led to physical symptoms during exam days and the doctors had given him the wrong medications for years.

For the curious Chapters covered here was 56-60 of the Webtoon but once again used some information from older chapters like Mujin telling mori his Grand papi missing/knew each other
Opinion Corner Time:
*Fair warning ,if you don't like reading about people bitching about anime changing stuff you might not want to read this this time lol.*
So this episode confirmed what i thought was me mistaking it, but they in fact did change the rules of the team battles. If you guys didn't know in the webtoon the rules were that winner keeps fighting until unable and then they would rotate out to the next member to continue the fight for them until one side has no more.
Ryu vs Cha: Ok so this was completely in reverse Ryu actually WINS in the Webtoon then proceeds to lose against Nam.
Seungha vs Nam: Ok so this fight was extended but ends the same with the kick to the chinny chin chin.
Gwim vs Ilpyo: Ok.... so this fucking sucked, I need to be honest they did Gwim so damn dirty and made him lose like that JUST to cut down time to reach that 13 episode mark they wanna meet. In the webtoon Gwin is presented as a damn psychopath and his burrowed power was Jack the ripper so that should tell you a lot already. But to explain a little more Gwim just does not want to go down at all Ilpyo is whooping him but Gwim fights back more and more with dirty tricks and strikes, until Ilpyo ends it with Falling Flowers which looked great animated here but was actually a combo in the webtoon instead of a single ending strike here.
Everything Else: So everything else felt well handled i suppose, with the birthday and all that but funny enough i had forgotten but that big ass photo Mori has of his Gramps was actually a tiny old photo Mori has that you can tell he loves and views a lot for its wear and tear that his Grandpa told him to never show to anyone for the sake they they would try to use him against him should they know they were related. Otherwise i'm kinda annoyed that Mori's friends don't know about his grandpa yet since in the webtoon they know even before they fought first team.
Other than that any questions or opinions go ahead.
Well, it's not just those chapters, some scenes come from some chapters later, like Park Mujin saying they could take off their limiters and Nox as well, come later. Han helping Q also comes from a later chapter as well. They are kinda skipping all over the place and weaving it all together.
I can forgive them for cutting Gwim short as well. Honestly, I felt he was just too weird when the webtoon did him, and I'm glad they cut him short since he was just plain uncomfortable. Also, he's basically in the long run, a nobody, and this episode was meant to highlight Ilpyo above all. So, it's understandable that they cut down on Gwim in order to make Ilpyo shine even more.
@@IreneShardaForever I understand were your coming from but Gwim is SUPPOSED to be uncomfortable the man is a psycho who collects earwax from his victims, plus if the point was to highlight Ilpyo then why cut the fight? He does more techniques and it's made more entertaining by showing how the psycho know as Gwim is laughing it off forcing Ilpyo to hit harder and harder. And I'm not exactly surprised they are taking things from further chapters it's more me being happy they took stuff from past chapters to not invalidate it's importance. I hope I don't come off as rude, I just hope you get what I mean.

Lol honestly. I stopped watching seven deadly sins after that episode with escanor. I planned to read the manga instead, but still haven't found the time to. And I even red the Webtoon for GoH a long time ago, but I didn't feel anything wrong with the anime and the pacing. If you all want to complain, go read the Webtoon again. End of story.
