Energy company have easement rights if power lines run in your backyard above ground. Everyone builds on top of the easement. You can look further into that.
I have 1.73 acres. So to answer your question two acres is about two football fields. Your land is a little bigger than two football fields.

My dude I am fan of your work get your game tight on new construction and real estate. I am developer of 24 years I do new construction framing and foundation plus stucco I am also flipper- investor with Mortage and real estate company. Some of the stuff you are Implying does not make sense nor will it fly with zoning. Go directly to the city and ask them what are the requirements for the subject property. Don’t ask to many questions with sellers agents they tend to leave things out and are not in line with building and Safty requirements.

Yes, agents are not informed and provide information which might not and more than likely is not accurate. The best thing is doing your own research and read the documents on your own even the city, country representatives will not be held accountable for any misinformation. They are sometimes no aware of all information. Verify yourself and validate with the representatives. Most places have great systems online, just google the county website and utilize their GIS and etc tools. The other comment was on point also. I'm super excited to see you win.

Big homie respectfully but this vegas land next to the mountain is not bad but the land including the bald mountain is dry and there are no sea nearby or waterfalls or therrmo waters ect. A prosperous land comes with a natural; forest or greenery and tropical trees that bears fruitfullness that is by the ocean or waterfalls including a forestfull mountain but congrats its still better than nothing. Also you must first build on the soils of your ancestors in america before you can expand globally. Peace to the saints.

Unless Saint's putting in ziplines and a small petting zoo, he'll be fine. My old man has 0.9 acre in Nova Scotia. He's got giant front yard, back yard, a barn, pond, big back deck, 2 fire pits, about a dozen fruit producing trees. Dad's got his own well, everything off grid, so a massive wood pile. Has chickens and honeybees. And with all that in the yard, still takes 3 hours to mow. 2 acres is plenty
