I love it when people started clapping, he silenced them with just a wave of a hand as if to say "Don't start that shit".
Just imagine: You are no more than 12 yo, you are at a THE Bobby McFerrin-concert, som 1000s people in the audienc+probably your family. Kudos to Bobby making him feel safe to perform. AMAZING moment
He may have been nervous, but damn well was he courageous. Thanks, Bobby.
I propose that Bobby McFerrin be declared a World Heritage Site.
Bobby is a very gracious man allowing this boy on stage with him. I know he has done it in many other performances. The boy here was very good and knew where to come back in. Its nice that Bobby arranged it so they were facing each other. That way the boy was singing to just one person. Of course that one person is a highly trained professional singer!

That smile at the end of their performance. He KNOWS that the kid was very good, just as he knows he controlled every part of that performance from everyone in the room and was very pleased with the outcome. He is amazing! He's got me smiling just like that And it is April 1 of 2021! Ten years later (almost!)
