this is exactly what i needed..
I can tell Grieves went through some shit since he recorded his last album. The emotion is still raw but he isn't being dragged down by the same ideas as before. I can tell he gave up on some old worries, the anger and closure associated with that can be heard in his voice so I'm happy for him. I hope this new stress is short lived because he needs to be his full self now more than ever for his future to be what he wants it to be

This track is sooo musical, beautifully moody, and just absolutely amazing. Anyone that can't appreciate the sonic elements that are married together here while using his voice as another perfect instrument flowing in and through this track has no real understanding or appreciation for the art of music

what a breath of fresh air! i cant say that im that into the certain sound represented here but FUCK ME if my boy Grieves didnt demonstrate a flawless example of lyricism and execution. tunes these days have no substance. full of words arranged in rhyming scheme but nothing really being said. and it seems no one can talk about anything but bitches and money. frankly im way tired of that particular element of hiphop.
