I dont think timber starting would require partey to bench, timber underlaps quite a bit so if anything partey would be great for finding either martinelli over the top or via throughball and timber between the lines
I think we should extend parteys contract for a year and still get a midfielder in gives us good options and the new signing time to settle
You've got to stop your nonsense with Vieira, mate. Saying that Odegaard-arguably the best playmaker in the EPL-should play deeper so that Vieira can play as a number 10 is insane. Vieira is a good player, but nowhere near the level of other playmakers in the top 8 Premier League teams

I’ve said it all season. Partey is Arsenal’s best midfielder and is the reason why we play with so much better when he starts in the 6.

For very good reason we call Partey the General, for when he plays & is at top form, the pitch becomes his battlefield to Dominate and Dictate.
I so hope he stays & we get to see the Rice-OdeGod-Partey trio, but I've a feeling his injury record could see him being sold on this summer.

Let's hope Mikel continues his ruthless streak and goes out and buys Diomande (reinforce our defense in case saliba or Gabriel get injured) and Bruno G. from Newcastle to cover in case Partey or Rice get injured or need a break. Jorginho and an injury prone Partey are not enough for competing in multiple competitions.

Zenni should go he has been very poor this season. Kwior and Tomiyasu are brilliant LB and can both play as CB.
Partey at the 6 and Rice at the 8 is probably the move. Sign a replacement for Partey keep Rice at the 8 train Martinelli as a striker and sign a winger who can play both wings and a young centre back like Hato. If we have the money then go for a superstar striker

From what I have seen from both. ESR is better on the ball. His dribbling, movement and physicality is better than Vieira. But Vieira is better off the ball. His passing, vision, shooting, pressing and footballing IQ is better than ESR. Both are very good and are riddled by injuries but will surely become better when they hit their peak.
