Can we just take Reece off of his set piece duty? Took more than a dozen corner kicks and none of them was even threatening, Cucurella came in and took one and immediately the ball rebound in 6 yard box.
Kai is the laziest player I've ever seen since I've knowing football
Koulibaly, sterling, kante where for me the key players this match. The ability of sterling moving around the pitch, exploiting the open spaces, leaving the oposition behind was precise, wish he had more players supporting his runs. Koulibaly is amazing, the capacity to run all over the pitch recovering balls and iq to stop the motion of the game when we are coming back from an attack is just what we needed. Kante is our lord.
I miss to include silva, i had it on my mind but the 3 for me where the ones i said before. Also i want to point out the performance of holgate.

Same old story!!! Harvetz was on the pitch for far too long. Had zero effect on the game + Mount. Chilwell looked rusty, James had off day, Thiago Silva saved us a lot with his timely interceptions. Koulibaly played well and Kante helped us a lot.
T T would need to vary his tactics and also make room for creative players such as Hakim Ziyech and Pulisic. We lacked creativity and it's sad seeing creative players being played out of position.
We were lucky to have gotten all 3points.
wish for a player like Giroud up front, he'd be able to win the ball, hold it, and link up play or create scoring chances.

Koulibaly is a monster, Cucurella looked really impressive, and Sterling looked pretty bad. Sterling had some good moments but he gave up the ball somewhere around 10 times and had some selfish moments like that last clip where he knew he could have left the ball and Pulisic would have scored but instead he shot it into a defender.
To be clear I like Sterling, but people acting like this was a great performance are high on something, because he was sloppy with the ball all match. Thankfully as I said already, Koulibaly and Cucurella looked outstanding and definitely helped us grab the 3 points today.
He gave up the ball because nobody was there to pass. He was alone most of the game. Blame should be put on Mount and Kai for not getting into passing positions upfront.
If you watched the game well, you would noticed that mount and havertz were so terrible that they they were nowhere to be found for sterling to pass the to. Even when Sterling pressed so high, you see them jogging and offered no help. Obviously he will lose the ball with more than 3 defenders around him.
Don't blame Sterling.

3 point though. But sincerely speaking, we really messed up. Why can't we just put this mad ball on the ground to play good football instead of the rubbish disgusting crossing after crossing from corners, Midfield, wings and everywhere. Just boring and of no planned strategy. Our football was just flying in the air, we were playing like academy players. Harvertz too sluggish and passionless. No one-two pass, hot strike to pressurize and disorganize Everton defense. Just embarrassing and disappointing..... Pls TT should do something standard to our Attacking system. Am tired of this ball flying in air through out 90minutes. Very Poor.

Really Tough game but in the end the best team won. It's unbelievable that Cucurella pulled such a 9/10 performance when he hasn't trained with us for up to 2 days. What a signing he is. Sterling's runs and attacks will be great for us. But he needs a prolific striker to compliment his efforts. Wouldn't want our top goal scorer to be Jorginho again. It's really embarrassing. Koulibaly was solid. Kante is beginning to shake.
Fofana for anything above 70m is absurd. I'd rather we spend that much on Skriniar. De jong will be a solid addition to the team too. De jong, Kovacic and Kante in the midfield would be a beauty to watch.
Thoughts on Aubameyang guys? I don't like the sesko guy too. I feel he'd be another Havertz.
