Hi Pat! This is one of your former students Tom Evans. I discovered your channel on here because my professor at the University of Cincinnati linked your page to help us with microbiology (small world). I love watching these videos! It is amazing how much I know now compared to when I was a student. I'm having fun guessing the end results are before the videos ends :)
Plus I still learn things from these videos and have my memory refreshed!
I hope all is well sir!
    Tom

Hey Tom, working on your MLS? With the distant program, I thought these videos might be helpful. It may be an idea to make unknowns. I hope all is well.

Chrome agar is a newer development in clinical microbiology, but we teach the basics with our students.

No, we really can't say that. There are some colonies that look H2S+, but we need to isolate them before we can do any further analysis.

No, it is salmonella lactose non fermenter and show black colony because of hydrogen sulfid production.
