    I passed my CPC for 100% and I find this video very very helpfull. I had of course my pre-exam lesson in my driving school but because I could prepare myself at home with this material, I was more confident with all that stuff. Thank you Mainstream Group for this vid!

    this is the 3rd one i have watched (all different companies) and found this one the best, very informative and more detailed,
    was a bit baffled why previous two did give as much information as mainstream, i don't know this company so no favouritism.
    i've had my class one since 1991 and only really used it in the fairground industry who are except but decided to broaden my horizons and ordered my tacho and take my cpc mid april. thanks for posting.

    Rope is generally not accepted anymore to secure a load because its an unreliable in its abilities i.e has no strength id, its weak it can chaff and tear

    • @mainstreamgroupchannel8296
      @mainstreamgroupchannel8296  Před 7 lety +2

      Thank you for your comment - This is a training film to assist with passing your CPC Module 4 Test. Although there is many ways to answer questions and indeed to load vehicles.
      For this test
      The Examiner will ask you
      You have delivered part of your load (he/she will indicate what this load is, steel plates or roller cages). Show me: by pointing to the correct distribution area(s) on this vehicle, where the load should be placed.
      In order to get full marks for this part of the loading question, from a DVSA Examiner; on your Mod 4 test you will need to point to the headboard.

      If you answer the question the way it is explained in our answer above you will pass, we couldn’t possibly comment on the advice given by others.

    • @djslimcodes2337
      @djslimcodes2337 Před 7 lety +1

      So for every kind of load the answer is the headboard?

    • @mainstreamgroupchannel8296
      @mainstreamgroupchannel8296  Před 7 lety +1

      The video shows you how to do it, so it is a visual prompt that you can use when describing or explaining your answer. You are however quite within your rights to demonstrate how to do it, if for example you are tongue tied with your explanation or are unable to speak.

    Well now, in the opening sequence, around the two minute mark, its hardly ideal to be throwing a hard hat, safety boots, and other PPE equipment across a warehouse floor, to a trainee, contravening all basic health and safety rules, surely ! leaving not only the trainee open to possible injury, but anybody in the vicinity.
    Not only that, the presenter throwing the PPE across the warehouse floor, was not using proper posture with his throwing movements, straight back, knees bent, head up. Basic manual handling recommendations. Come, come Mainstream Group, you must do better than this !
