Good work Amala! First she made Butter and then she boiled it and it became “GHEE”. After you take the butter out from the mixer, the left over milk that is still in the mixer can be made into PANEER. Just boiled it and squeezed some lemon. By that you’ll get 2 products. GHEE and PANEER.

In that way, it will be clearer butter as well as taste better and finally you can keep it for long without any preservatives. That is called - Ghee and Shumar in Tibetan. Beautiful and she is artistic like many mothers. Hats off.
