They also aren’t cruelty free like they used to print on their bottles so idk. I used to use it and my hair didn’t fall out but that was years ago

I was losing my hair using it. At first I thought I was crazy but clumps came out. I hurried and switched shampoos and my hair stopped falling out. It was def that shampoo !
I literally used to use this same stuff and I had NEVER in my life lost so much hair until I was using it. I always lose a little bit here and there but this stuff made my hair fall out in CLUMPS.
