OK, that not-human at the bottom was utterly disturbing. Sharks, squid, octopuses, whatever - all fine. But THAT thing? NOPE. The legs being backwards like the person is twisted 180 degrees at the waist. *shivers*

That thing on the bottom was so creepy, even without grabbing the diver. Well done.

The only thing I would have done to improve it is to make an air leak in the diver's air hose with lots of air bubbles rising up to the surface in the resin to add the tension of the diver going to run out of oxygen very soon!
Yes, we try to do it like you said but we fail. It really hard to chose the right time to make bubble perfect.
Could you use some type of bead to make the bubbles? Using UV resin to attach them to something would make some good bubbles.
@@AFarmerCalledChicken I've learned that using small transparent beads, clear fishing line and UV resin, you can get some amazing bubble effects without too much trouble. Only issue I've come across is that some resin cures at such a high temp that some beads will crack or even appear burnt.
@@selfawarepsycho411 glass would probably be a good alternative. Especially the pearlescent clear ones.
I think its perfect! This way it seems like there is still hope for the diver 💪🏽

100%. My coworker's Scuba Instructor actually died cave diving, and she vowed to never cave dive. I don't bame her one bit. Same goes for my family and I, none of us will ever cave dive no matter what. We'll take Nitrox training or Rescue Divers over that.
And that footage of those two men who died in the cave also haunts me.

The only issue I ever have with these is the plant growth at deeper/more shaded areas. But that's hardly a big deal for these amazing pieces.
Maybe it used to be more open but had ice close in as it got colder? The "land" portion was a sort of pale blue, and the creature has blue skin like it died of hypothermia, so I figured it was set somewhere really cold

I have Thalassophobia and my fear more stems from fear of the unknown in the sea, like say it is dark underwater, you don’t know what could be lurking in the darkness

You're so welcomed. When I get my new Iphone I'd like to share accoupple of Halloween pics of modle pieces I've made for my graveyard if that's alright.
It might be awhile cause I'll be in the Living Christmas Tree at church.
There are metal rafters that is made into the shape of a Christmas tree that goes way high up to almost the top of the church roof, there's a small band and we sing Christmas songs.
The lights & tree are soft lite and the lights in the church are dimmed.
It's a beautiful show & service. I'll ask my friends to take some pics of it, if you'd like to see it.
Maybe it will give you an idea for a project. Take care dear friend☺👻

I'm coming up with all sorts of stories for this. The creature only snags female divers. Why? Trying to find her mother? Trying to find the perfect host body to finally surface and live on land? Lonely?

For me anything is possible and that makes the ocean even scarier.
