I See a future chief Justice when it comes to adv Ngcukaitobi
I'm proud of you young people. You are our only hope, all our trust is on you bcz we've done our part for you to be born free from apartheid ,so now is your chance to work out for the future of your children. Fight corruption and work hard to build and do what's right for SA
Good day to Chief Justice Ngcukaitobi (2030)
2025
Tembeka is a giant and a much needed intellectual at a critical time in a democracy that has no economic power that must be challenged
Absolutely loved this interview Sizwe. Loving your body of work. Tembeka is an amazing mind and definitely an inspiration in the legal fraternity but your preparation and awareness of issues must also be applauded.
Tee Sundays 😁
The last twenty seconds gave me goosebumps. I must read more
We are very resourced with brilliant (legal) minds in our country. I wish as young people we are learning and trying to replicate ourselves into these kinds of informed minds in our proximity!!
Imma hit the like button first and feast on the knowledge after 👏
Lucky Mkhonza That’s the way! 😁🙌🏽🔥
Wow listening to you guys pushed to read more, it's time now... No more playing, I'm inspired... So far the best interview
Such an amazing mind. Thank you Sizwe for interviewing Tembeka, it's always great to hear from young minds that contribute to our democracy.
Interesting and insightful as always. The next time you interview a lawyer please ask them about the inarticulate major premise (the nonlegal factors that influence judges) and the role that the media plays in influencing court decisions especially in cases with a political flavour.
I love Tembeka's mind. I could listen to him all day.
Mpofu where you at? So much happening in the country can't leave us hanging. Bring Gogo Aubrey with you.
Back soon. Just been teaching a first-year class as Wits so had to focus on that.
Tembeka is a good example of how you contribute to the Country meaningfully with your mind and heart, without having to sell your soul to this T-shirt or that T-shirt...
Well said bro 🙌🏽🔥
Indeed i also watch him. I am so glad to see that what i am doing my role model is also doing... I have also observed how mannered he is, he never interrupted Sizwe while talking and he is an extremely good listener.
🙌🏽🙏🏽
Great interview, Sizwe I must say , what u bringing in the media space is something fresh and what is called transformation, keep up the great work and let’s keep the fire 🔥 burning
Please invite Hennie Van Vuuren Sizwe and his book Apartheid: Guns and Money
Definitely!!!!!!!!!!!
This man inspires us young black lawyers. He is Boston Legal, The Practice, Suits but way cooler... His grasp of the topics discussed is just phenomenal. I liked his analysis of the evolution of freedom of speech in America and in Europe. Riveting...
I develop an interest in studying law due to this man's influence.
Amazing minds of our lifetime.
I really love and appreciate you in whatever you do and I will always support and appreciate your work for the future generations to come. We are proud to have such people of your caliber. You are one of national treasure!! Continue with your wonderful work 🙏🙏
Intellectual talk. Ours is to grab the information and keep improving our mental capacity. Great platform by this epitome, Mr sizwe... Obviously it's more interesting the conversation due the man invited. Advocate Tembeka. Great talk!!!
Wow! Great interview Sizwe...Keep them coming! What a sharp, brilliat mind! Insightful interview.
Wow....just wow.
His choice of words is just remarkable , So articulate
Excellent!! Good work Buddy.
The advocates analysis on land is impressive
What a beautiful mind. Thank you Dr Mpofu for a brilliant interview!
🙌🏽
Sizwe you are my inspiration, keep it up brother
And you just spoke my heart
Thank you, SMWX team, Ayeye.
This is an excellent interview. The sobberness and thought process of Tembeka is just but tops.
Thanks. He is!
Dude, this is the second time I watch an interview on your channel, first was the Stogie T interview on lyricism. I don't easily get swayed, but I'm already enthralled by the content you present. Keep up the good work 👌
Appreciate that! 🙌🏽
Keep up the good work gentlemen 👌🏿
Great interview again. It's great listening to you because one is left objectively informed.
Beautiful interview. Cant wait to see Advocate Dali Mpofu here. Please interview him.

Tawanda Makawa 🙏🏽🙏🏽
Thank you for this interview Mr Mpofu
It’s 2021 and I had to come back here to feast ❤️
🙌🏽
I have the distinct honour of approving this channel and its content on behalf of the Republic of Namibia. Spread the fire!🔥
Olavi Nangolo 😁🙌🏽
I think and I hope one day Namibia and SA can be one country again. We have so much if not everything in common.
Now this is an genuine amazing black advocate who's arguments are totally base on facts and not to entertain the public with racist, nonsensical and stupid arguments like some black advocates. Adv. Tembeka you got my respect my brother✊
He is .....we need him desperately...
Immediate like.
Great articulations from Great legal minds both interviewee and interviewer, independent thinking. I'm thrilled as well
Interesting and informative. The advocate is interpreting law terms very well for a local person to grasp. Sizwe you must give a lecture to other journalists how to ask questions and wait for response. Profound.....
😁👍🏽
I am inspired by this dude.
Ayeye great staff and power pact offer
When he says "uses very few words but use it effectively" then you that the man is engaged with all the aspects of speech and hence he is so brilliant.
I met and I was overwhelmed by how humble the man is,he extremely inspiring.
Excellent.
This is an absolutely amazing discussion. Thank you.
This is an amazing interview!
Honestly aside from xenophobia Iam jealous of South Africans political engagements. If the political discussions continue on this path it's just a matter of time before the country is on coarse. Every topic is hot and well represented in SA politics.
It may have been 4 years ago... but I found serious value in this Interview... In my Jurisprudence Exams on 10th November 2023.. The District Six Committee v Minister of Rural Development and Land Reform penned by Ngcukaitobi AJ was immense help in Answering the Land Restitution question in my Exam..
Big Ups to both of you for doing this.. keep at it. Much love.
JD NAM
Glad to hear that!
wow... I'm blown away.
😁🙌🏽
Brilliant legal mind...thank you for this mind blowing interview with this legal juggernaut...as legal student myself I'm extremely inspired...thanks Sizwe.
🙌🏽🙌🏽
Adv has a funny laugh but I found this to be very informative and it was a great interview!
Good interview gents
two great minds sharks i am back to school
The world thanks you - Tembeka Ngcukaitobi
Loved this so much. Took a break from my law studies this semester, & he just got me excited for the coming when I'm back studying
Tsietsi Mashifane 🙌🏽🙌🏽
I was looking for the moment you asked him why he prosecuted Innocent Khuba at a disciplinary hearing. Sensational indeed, representing the interests of the captured state
Solomon Mahlangu is smiling on this revelation. Thembeka is a great lecturer
I even like how he takes cases to defend, always consider us as public, don't just represent the looters and those who have stolen from the country. He's not a joke advocate really.A future chief justice, just watch the space.
great interview, camera 2 has noise issue
Definitely worth the subscription 👍
thandile lose 🙌🏽🙌🏽
Tembeka is my hero
The Chief is speaking
Dankie SMWX
The District Six; is an understatement when considering cases where claimants were abused even by the current Minister during her first stilt. I am speaking about the Sakkieskamp land claim in the Western Cape
You can address a man intellectually, but until you connect the intellect and the soul - you have still not spoken to him 🔥
🙌🏽
I watch both of you.
🙏🏽
Will always be inspired by this two young Leaders. As for somebody who also wish to pursue in Law and tranform even further in fighting for whatever that is unjustice to this democratic dispensation. I have to personally admit that this interview has practically geared my goal driven motive to even push more than before! Thank you very much for such a brilliant informative and well transforming interview. This should be amongst the recognized interviews that will inspire more of our own who also wish to pursue in different social field that regards the fundamental needs of the mind.
DOPE!
Every lawmaker/politician should study law or public management or related curriculum
The return on investment for the citizen is dwindling every time they run to courts to settle political matters.
very informative interview thank you.

Yes awesome free forming locs
Waw I’m speechless. Adv Dumisa Ntsebeza has though significantly disagreed with Adv Thembeka Ngcukayitoibi about his sentiment that section 25 need not to be amended. I will send you the paper he wrote
Here is the paper is written by Adv Dumisa Ntsebeza www.anchoredinlaw.net/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/LAND-EQUALITY-AND-DIGNITY-Ntsebeza-SC.pdf. I also foresee a lot of organizations such as Afri-forum challenging the legislation limiting the right contained in section 25 of the Constitution as being unconstitutional. If they support this, why they are fighting left, right and center for not amending the Constitution? The second option, why Adv Ngcukaitobi never tried to interpret the Constitution that way as a siting Acting Judge himself or take a case and go argue like a lawyer?
I fully agree though with the institutional crises he mentioned.
Sizwe please bring Khaya Sithole.
Hope you saw that I brought him!
The law is based on facts and doesn't recognise the invincible hand of the market driven by current land owners who stand to lose should there be an effecient land dpt
This is the people who should contest in politics and stop being part of the bunch
November 2023. Who is also watching? ❤
Sizwe, I really want to meet you I am more inspired by your vast knowledge, this is my Facebook Puot Tapp Riak ...
Thanks!
Guys do you see the vidoe quality, not HD, not LED, not UHD, not 4K, but Reality.
PrinceZA 😁😁
Khade baythatha it wasn't market based
THIS EMAIL IS AWESOME MAN AND WOMAN UNITED KINGDOM AFRICAN AMERICAN CULTURE AND CULTURE AND THE COUNTRY AND THE WORLD WADLE NEED TO BE TOGETHER AND CHANGED OUR PAST FLAG TO THE COUNTRY AND THE WORLD WADLE NEED TO BE TOGETHER AND CHANGED OUR PAST GOVERNMENT INFORMATION TO HELP US CITIZENS PEAPLES NATIONALE PRAYING FOR THE LORDS AMEN NDLONDLO KONKE KWAQALA NGATHI BAFOWETHU AMEN NDLONDLO
Government negligence around the land issue? Surely not, I mean they are doing such great things with SAA, eskom,.denel, the economy. On a serious note if one doesn't respect property rights we are a screwed, youtube Zimbabwe, China, Cuba. However I do agree the question needs to be asked and resolved, sensibly and with common sense. Not the Eff or Anc way.
Land issue has nothing to do with the settlers. At the heart of it is the colonial master plan. It is a political question not legal. Afrikanners are not even real beneficiaries of the colonial master plan. I disagree with the Advocate with due respect. We need expropriation without compensation to undo the theft of the land by the European colonialism to benefit the European countries.
Big elephant,
Why lawyers are quiet about Ramaphosa trempling on the Constitution by breaking all the laws of money movements openly while the likes Madonsela we praised when hounded Zuma
He is a great legal brain but looks like he now has joined the elite
U forget to touch on apartheid flag
Is Tembeka ploughing back by having his legal narrative taught to young minds as an activist?
If not, hayi he is irrelevant😊
Apartheid Flag ❓❓❓
Vuyani Phindani watch till the end!
Ishhh the hembe is to much
31:53 so instead of aspiring for true freedom of expression you want to pick and choose across Europe to stop what you don’t like to hear.
