It’s hard to tell if it’s because of the TSA or just Polaroid itself when you take photos after flying
I just got back from Japan and I also shot expired Stranger Things film. My results were just like yours... uneven spreads, washed out colours and vertical colour shifts. Probably the first time Polaroid has been consistent 😂
Haha true!
any instant film preferably should be bought refrigerated with very few exceptions. Type 665/55/669/559 and Instax are probably the most resilient films out there. I've even seen Instax Wide as far back as 2001 work. I've yet to see many cases of fotorama film work though
So keeping under my bed is a bad idea??? 😁 I did get a camera redone by Dennis and it is awesome!!!
Haha maybe 🤔 and that’s great!!
I mean, Polaroid is selling expired film now. I think it’s a pretty cool idea.
That’s on brand for them
I used some Halloween Polaroid film that expired on 8/2004, and it still worked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dang! That’s awesome
Hey I know this video is old but how long does polaroid film last after the photo is produced/created? Will it slowly go bad in years? tell me what you know thanks
Well that’s why I make these videos. Theres no set date or time. I was shooting film from 2019 in this video. And it’s still “worked”
@@JustAnotherChris Hey thanks for you reply, i appreciate it, so the films won’t fade or go bad bad over time
@@Michael_1Sw43 yes it will. It’s just how it’s stored and when it will go bad. Theres no set time. But for best results you have about a year from the production date on the side of the box. Storing it in the fridge will help keep it fresh longer.
@@JustAnotherChris storing it in the fridge for photos that came out of the camera or unopened pack of film?
I tried getting my hands on some but the sellers want £28 ($34) for "experied film"
Unfortunately I missed the wave 🤦🏻♂️😂
$34 wasn’t a bad deal
@@JustAnotherChris I still Don't like to gamble especially with 8 shots 😂
u should get jail pic in your stranger things colection :)
If I’m not mistaken that’s in another country. But that would be cool
@@JustAnotherChris yes its in my coutry 😁 l was able to take one secret pic , they very protective where u can and cant to take it, l have a back yard pic 🙂
stranger things 🤩
It’s the best
