I had a 1980 one , absolutely loved it, it was 1098 model in green, not being a machanic I could still tinker about with it and repair things, not like they make today, frightened to lift the bonnet

I have a 1979 Russet brown and the front badge on that one is not original that is from pre 1977 as in 1978 it changed to the more modern badge also the front number plate would also not be original as that one would be an after market one. The 1982 clubman was not called a clubman it was known as a mini HL estate for the last year of production.

Also the seats are not half leather, its actually called leatherette.....a better version of vinal.
