  • The Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights, as presented by Sylvania at Disney's Hollywood Studios (formerly Disney-MGM) does an interpretation of "A Mad Russian's Christmas" by Trans-Siberian Orchestra.
The Osborne Lights originally were the creation of Jennings Osborne, a businessman in Little Rock, Arkansas. What started with 1,000 lights grew each year, finally encompassing over three million lights. The neighbors weren't exactly thrilled with all the traffic this extravagant display brought to their area, so they sought legal action to put an end to the lights.
In 1995, the Osborne Lights were moved to the residential street area of (then) Disney MGM Studios. Since then, the total number of lights have been boosted up over five million, and they are now synchronized to music.
We hope you enjoy this view of them, and encourage you to make a trek down to Orlando to see them for yourself. They're on display from late November to early January nightly at Disney's Hollywood Studios.
