  • A new study could change the way babies are born. Some doctors think it could decrease the risk of preeclampsia, caesarean sections and stillbirths.

This is so ignorant. There are so many complications related to induction. It creates a positive feedback loop. So many c-sections are a result of physicians lacking skills or desiring to have a clear schedule rather than the unknown wait. It’s also more profitable. Women’s health needs to be put back at the center. Ancient knowledge of birth and midwifery needs to be at the center. When emergencies happen, Western medicine can kick in, but it’s not great at preventative care or having the proper skills required to navigate pregnancy and birth.
