I hate when people call this neighborhood "East Village". It's Alphabet City & Lower East Side. These hipsters always come to poor neighborhoods, drive up the cost of living, & change the name of the neighborhoods.
Save us the drama. I like it when people redevelop shithole neighborhoods and create viable, sustainable communities. Instead of communities that refuse to take personal responsibility and work hard to maintain a healthy environment. You know, living on government hand outs and taking no pride in their community, all the while ignoring opportunities for improvement and then complaining under the guise of racism.
