  • I show how easy and yet educational a robot kit can be for a 7 year old to build. My daughter builds and then programs the Makeblock mBot in this video.
This kit was designed to be easy to build for little hands. The build teaches how to follow directions, assembly of numerous components, wire management, as well as how all the components work. All the tools required for assembly are included.
Then the mBot can be programmed using either blocks or Python on the desktop or through numerous apps available on all mobile devices and tablets. There are numerous tutorials to guide and enchant a young child. She named her mBot Scooter. For any parent looking for a Robot Kit for kids, I can highly recommend this kit!
    FULL DISCLOSURE
While Makeblock has sent me kits in the past I purchased this kit with my own money as a reward for my daughter getting good grades.
I make no money if you decide to purchase this kit. I provide only a link so that Makeblock can track if I should be allowed to remain in their Product Tester Club. Here is that link : amzn.to/2SVEsKv

Makeblock who makes mBot and others is a Chinese company. They are known to put spyware into their circuits to record, track and measure the kids and schools who use these products.

@@derekbanas there is an American made and produced product that is better than Makeblock who is a Chinese communist company. Sparki was launched in 2013, and mBot was launched years after Sparki became popular. Sparki comes with a suite of 100+ full lessons Sparki works for each level of student.

My daughter is way further along then I was at her age and way smarter. School provides very little challenge to her so we have to supplement with additional studies. She is currently studying robotics, Spanish, chess, coding and multiple forms of art. I'm very interested in what she will become :)

Sir Can you start a mathematical series on *Probability?* I'm going through your series on Algebra these days and if you can upload the *Probability* and *Statistics* parts on math that would be great. Or if you already have uploaded the above series please leave me a link to that here. Your way of teaching is 100% perfect for me. And thank you very much.

I'm happy you have found the Algebra videos helpful. I have videos on both Probability and Statistics here :

Statistics in One Video : czcams.com/video/tcusIOfI_GM/video.html
I have numerous videos on both of the above that go into more detail on my CZcams channel.
